The document proposes the development of a fully automated greenhouse system using Raspberry Pi to control sensors and automation. It aims to produce pesticide-free fruits and vegetables in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The system was tested growing strawberries with positive results, showing increased yields from precision environmental control including temperature, humidity, CO2 and moisture levels. The automated greenhouse could produce up to a metric ton of tomatoes per season in a small 2.5x3m space with 40m2 of growing area. Future work involves building a 1:1 prototype and starting a business to commercialize the system.
