Since 2008, SANFOG has produced and distributed adiabatic systems covered by their exclusive patent
licence and used for high-pressure water atomization. The design, production and installation of these
systems are the guarantee of the technological leadership on high-pressure adiabatic system market. The
project developed by SANFOG aims to produce green and cost-effective equipment/units in order to
reduce environmental impact, protect environment and reduce costs for users. All products made by
SANFOG are green.

The main part of a high-pressure system comprises spray nozzles with an
opening smaller than human hair diameter thus it is very important to
supply softened and demineralized water to the system. Using various
filters for coarse dirt, softening equipment or complex reverse osmosis
with membrane filters, we are able to supply water to our humidifying
system ensuring minimum care for spray nozzles. Reverse osmosis
eliminates formation of fine white dust in the area. UV lamp is used to
ensure 100% hygienic water free of any bacteria and other harmful
substances. No additional chemical substances are used in our
ewuipment.

High-pressure pumps are able to change the pressure of 2-4 bar up to
70 -105 bar. High pressure is necessary for perfect water atomization.
