demolition, Structural steel demolition and
Process above grade concrete.
Also, Demolition of the process towers, cracker
units, reactor tanks, several concrete and brick
stacks, and removal of obsolete pipe racks were
also performed.
Tyco, Wrenthem, MA Wrenthem, MA $1,600,000 Asbestos abatement and demolition of wood,
brick, and concrete 1 & 2 story structures. Work
also included soil remediation, removal of two
stacks, and underground storage tanks.
Chevron, Beacon, NY Beacon, NY $15,000,000 Environmental remediation and demolition of
various 1‐5 story office/lab buildings, stacks, and
above ground storage tanks to grade. Buildings
are a combination of brick with concrete frame
and brick with steel frame. One building is
adjacent to river. Environmental remediation
included asbestos, lead, mercury, and special
waste abatement. The project involved LEED
participation.
