TIPS TO PREVENT DEFORESTATION For every tree you cut down plant another tree. This will help in keeping the number of trees constant.Limit the use of paper. Paper is made by cutting trees, so use only that much amount of paper which is required; do not make unnecessary use of paper. The major purpose of cutting trees is making paper. If you as a consumer restrict the use of paper then automatically trees will be cut in limited numbers.
Use recycled paper-products. Products such as paper pads, shopping bags, books and tissues should be recycled and used. Recycling will ultimately save trees.
