This document discusses the influences, costumes/makeup, and locations for a student film. The influences come from the films BIRDS and The Crows, which provided ideas around including flying bird imagery and birds symbolizing fear. Costumes will be everyday casual clothing to look realistic, while fake putty and blood will create cuts and wounds. The outdoor locations of Burn Valley Park and Summer Hill were chosen because they fit the story and provide isolated settings that will make the film appear believable.

1. Treatment Sheet.
Influences for our film
The influences for our film have come from watching BIRDS and The Crows. This
gave us the idea for the plot for the story, and to include images of flying birds.
Also birds can symbolise fear and bad luck. These films help us and the filming of
the birds gave us the main idea for our story line.
Costumes and make up
The costumes that we will use in our film will be normal everyday casual
clothing; this will help the film to look more realistic. For the cuts and wounds
we will use a false putty to make them look real and fill them with blood. Because
of the plot of the film we will need a knife for a murder scene, this will make our
film look professional.

2. Location
Our location for the film will be outdoors, we will be videoing the film at Burn
Valley Park and Summer Hill. We have chosen these two particular locations
because they fit in well with our story of the film. I think that the two locations
will be the best places to film as there are isolated and will make the film look
more believable and realistic.
