Identifying Program Ideas Raise regional and national scores (MSM) by being proactive in training for all new coworkers entering into the full service area. Coworkers are not getting the accurate training and therefore lowing the  MSM scores. Research Informal Conversations with co-workers Store meetings Jobs are not getting done right and on time Many mistakes in order taking process.
Sorting and Prioritizing  Program Ideas Qualitative Approach would be used to prioritize program ideas with one on one interactions and discussion in staff meetings.
Training Program Objectives The student  will : Learn how to correctly take an order (100% accuracy) Effectively do quality checking  Learn Machinery  and auxiliary work
Instructional Plan What participant must know: How to take an order accurately How to Quality Check finished products precisely How to produce the best product for the customer Instructional Techniques Computer Based Training Observation Trial and Error Skill, Practice and Exercise
Transfer of Learning 90 % of training is hands on training in branch Before: Clearly identified objectives During: Provided job aids for future reference After: Provide follow-up support
Evaluation Plans Informal questions through out the training Post training survey Compare and analyze store ratings to see if they have improved
Recommendations and Results Successes – The coworker did get a lot of formal training in production areas. Hands on training was very successful Failures – Short staffed  Follow - Up
Formats, Schedules  and Staff Needs 8 Day training within two week period  Preferred to have an extra production person Job shadowing Online training
