Tyre Pressure
Monitoring and
Inflation System
Our Mission
To sustain growth by Honesty, Integrity and Service, providing the best customer
experience and support.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to manufacture, and market the Tyre Pressure Hub to the
Australian Heavy Transport Industry and overseas markets. This device is to
have ease of monitoring accurately a constant tyre pressure on trucks and
trailers, that will enable transport companies to manage their tyre pressures.
The benefits for operators are improved safety, reduced fuel and tyre costs, and
reduced green house emission.
Our product
The tph hub is a device that has specifically been
designed to manage and monitor truck and trailer tyres.
The tph hub can be fitted to any 8 & 10 stud wheel on
trucks, trailers and Steer tyres. It consists of a hub
designed with two air gauges that have been fitted.
Two air lines connected to the valves of the tyres. There
are two points (valves) on the tph hub that make inflating
the inner and outer wheels as easy as pumping up car
tyres.
With the optional tph inflation kit fitted the operator can
inflate tyres when necessary anywhere, on the road.
Typically tyre pressure is monitored by:
1. Kicking the tyre
2. Hitting the tyre with a stick
3. Looking at it
4. Waiting for the tyre to roll off the rim
These practices are outdated and do not belong in a healthy, competitive, and
accountable transport environment.
Clever operators want more!
Operators want a clever, cost effective and simple answer to an age old
problem. They want a system to manage tyre air pressure, not just a system that
shows your tyre is flat. When you realise the tyre is flat it is too late and has
already cost you hundreds of dollars.
Today the transport industry is very focussed on maximising their return on
investment by addressing issues relating to fuel, tyres, safety and compliance.
INCORRECT TYRE PRESSURE
Tph tyre pressure management system has the
solution to four main areas that impact on transport.
TYRES
By fitting TPH to your vehicles you will achieve better tyre life, less punctures, less callouts, and
improve productivity. This is achieved by daily maintaining the correct tyre pressures suited to your
vehicles.
FUEL
By using TPH and having the correct daily maintained tyre pressures, the rolling resistance will be
at the optimum thus resulting in better K/P/L.
SAFETY
Having TPH fitted to your vehicles will eliminate the risk of drivers starting their shift and not
knowing how much air is in their tyres, thus eliminating risk to them and the general public’s safety.
Drivers and staff training will be provided and signed off with the best practices guide for using and
inflating tyres
ENVIRONMENT
Vehicles fitted with TPH and maintaining the correct tyre pressures will result in using less tyres and
fuel.

Safety and Compliance
Safety for drivers and the general public are important for the transport industry.
Truck drivers and owners are under constant scrutiny to continuously focus on ways
to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries in accordance with regulative bodies
e.g.. Worksafe, RTA, OH&S and the public.
Under OH&S law the truck is classed as “the workplace”.
Therefore the truck is under all the governing rules that regulate for a safe and
accident free environment.
Trucks and trailers with low tyre pressure may be unroadworthy, leading to unsafe
workplaces which increase the risk and danger to the general public.
There are four major components that make up the hub.
1. Hub
2. Gauges
3. Airline and fittings
4. Inflation kit
TPH has tested many gauges and fittings to achieve the best components for the unit in regards
to gauge quality, air leaks, appearance and costs.

Fitting Instructions:
1. Remove 8 wheel nuts, leaving only the 2 wheel
nuts marked as “X” – Shown left
2. Place hub on wheel and refit all wheel nuts
3. Take hose “B”, screw the non-swivel end into Rear
air valve on tyre; then attach the swivel end onto hub
where the gauge indicated as “R”.
4. Take hose “A”, as per picture above, screw into
Front air valve on tyre; wrap around behind and
bring up through hole in wheel and connect to hub
as indicated on gauge as “F”.
5. To remove hub, reverse the steps above.
Operating Instructions
The purpose of having the tph hub installed is to monitor and manage your tyre pressures for your
determined level of pressure and conditions for your tyres.
To add air to your tyres, place tap provided onto the relevant air valve (“F” or “R”). Note when air
line is hooked up to the tap, to see the current tyre pressure the tap must remain switched OFF.
It is recommended to check your tyre pressure when it is cold. You will also note that the air
pressure will increase with temperature and road conditions.
