TOWERS:
The telecommunication towers types that we produce:
1. ICB TOWERS
With prefabricated foundation and high
accurate design, this type of towers enjoys a
high speed installation and equipment. The
tower is moveable due to its prefabricated
foundation, the biggest advantage of ICB
towers. Integrated sections of this type
compared with lattice towers are another
advantage, influencing installation speed.
This tower is designed for 24 to 48 meters height with 6m sections and
triangular base. The tower is Capable of installing X-POLE, and Microwave
mounting structures.
Galvanized cover according to TIA/EIA-222F standard
Accessories: Mounting Antenna, MW Bracket Antenna, ROCK Feeder,
Ladder, Light aviation, Arrestor

2. MONOPOLE TOWERS
Being made of spiral and multilateral pipes,
monopole towers are those constructed on a
single base.
Given to take a little space, this kind of towers is
under consideration and is used in urban
environment in which, the land has a high value.
Loading capacity of monopole towers is limited.
The towers can be installed only by means of cranes,
so must be installed on locations with possibility to move
and work by cranes. Monopole towers with a height of 24, 30 and 36 meters are
designed and made according to our experience to install more than 500 towers in
different provinces.
Spiral and multilateral pipe body, capability to install X-POLE, V-POLE and
Microwave mounting structures on different heights and hot galvanized cover
according to TIA/EIA-222F standard are some of the features of this tower.

3. GUYED TOWERS
Guyed towers are those being guyed on the
earth or another support by guy cables.
Its low weight and possibility to be
implemented on locations with enough space
are among preferences of this type of towers.
They are often used for mobile antenna
networks, wireless radios and computer
networks.
The towers can be installed on the roof of homes and offices, taking advantage of
the height of building for installation in urban areas. The towers are categorized in
several groups according to their dimensions and construction, among which G series
towers in three G45T G55 and G65 types can be mentioned. The towers are made
triangular in 3m sections being connected to each other.
 Triangular base with 45, 55 and 65 cm dimensions on 6 to 30 meters of height
 Hot galvanized cover according to TIA/EIA-222F standard

4. SELF-SUPPORTING TOWERS
Self-supporting or cantilevered towers are the
structures being installed on three or four legs,
usually rise on urban steep. Legs are interconnected
with truss elements. The tower is able to carry all
kinds of antenna and bears adverse wind pressure.
Each section has 6 meter length. Type and number of
antennas to be installed on a tower as well as wind
speed in the region are the bases to design self-
supporting towers. The sections are connected to
each other easily according to installation plans
offered with tower.
Towers are divided into two three-leg and four-leg categories.
1- Three-leg tubular quoin towers:
Legs are tubular and internal components are quoin-shaped. Sections are
flange connected. Sections are welded and connected by nut and screw to
interconnect internal parts to leg
2- Three-leg full quoin towers:
All parts are in quoin shape and each quoin is manufactured with 90 degrees
angle. Parts are connected with nut and screw.

5. POLE TOWERS
Pole towers are subgroups of one-leg towers
being used for lower heights.
They are light structures, consequently suitable to
be installed on roofs.
The tower is also called “micro towers”.
The body of tower is constructed in tubular shape,
and sections are connected flange-to-flange.
Repeater device in telecommunication terms is installed on this type of towers. The
tower is also called micro-repeat.

FPA 1.5 – 6.7 sqm

6. RDS TOWERS
RDS towers are mostly the same as self-supporting ones
with some differences.
 Concreting took place in the factory and with
considering the best batching situation and also the
storage environment for the primary concrete it will be
maintained under 380 degree pressure for about 24-48
hours.
 The legs will occupy less space ( so the cost will be
reduced)
 This tower has the Ability to install the fence on this
foundation without running a separate foundation
 performing BTS on concrete poles, immediately after installing the foundation
 The ability to install three operators
 The ability to collect and transport the site
Wind speed 110 – 130 km /h

Given to take a little space, this kind of towers is under consideration and is used in urban environment in which, the land has a high value. Loading capacity of monopole towers is limited. The towers can be installed only by means of cranes, so must be installed on locations with possibility to move and work by cranes. Its low weight and possibility to be implemented on locations with enough space are among preferences of this type of towers. They are often used for mobile antenna networks, wireless radios and computer networks. The towers can be installed on the roof of homes and offices, taking advantage of the height of building for installation in urban areas. The towers are categorized in several groups according to their dimensions and construction, among which G series towers in three G45T G55 and G65 types can be mentioned.   • 4. 4. SELF-SUPPORTING TOWERS Self-supporting or cantilevered towers are the structures being installed on three or four legs, usually rise on urban steep. Legs are interconnected with truss elements. The tower is able to carry all kinds of antenna and bears adverse wind pressure. Each section has 6 meter length. Type and number of antennas to be installed on a tower as well as wind speed in the region are the bases to design self- supporting towers. The sections are connected to each other easily according to installation plans offered with tower. Towers are divided into two three-leg and four-leg categories. 1- Three-leg tubular quoin towers: Legs are tubular and internal components are quoin-shaped. Sections are flange connected. Sections are welded and connected by nut and screw to interconnect internal parts to leg 2- Three-leg full quoin towers: All parts are in quoin shape and each quoin is manufactured with 90 degrees angle.   • 5. 5. POLE TOWERS Pole towers are subgroups of one-leg towers being used for lower heights. They are light structures, consequently suitable to be installed on roofs. The tower is also called “micro towers”. The body of tower is constructed in tubular shape, and sections are connected flange-to-flange. Repeater device in telecommunication terms is installed on this type of towers. The tower is also called micro-repeat.
