This document summarizes a partnership between TOMS shoes, Sešego Cares, and the Rotary E Club of Southern Africa 9400 to distribute TOMS shoes to those in need in South Africa. For every pair of TOMS shoes sold, another pair is donated, following TOMS' One for One model. Through this partnership, hundreds of thousands of shoes have been distributed by Rotarians to underprivileged schools and homes over the past four years, bringing joy and hope to the children receiving them. Rotary members identify beneficiaries and distribute the shoes at no cost to Rotary or recipients, with transportation covered by Sešego Cares.

1. For ever pair of TOMS bought somewhere in the world, a new basic pair of TOMS shoes are given to a beneficiary in need – One for One.

2. The TOMS shoe giving initiative is complimentary to
most of projects.
This is a partnership between Sešego Cares and the
Rotary E Club of Southern Africa 9400.

3. Sešego Cares, is a registered Non Profit Company and the Country Host in South Africa for TOMS. They have again extended the TOMS Giving through the Rotary E Club of Southern Africa 9400 to all other Rotary Clubs, Rotarians and Rotary Anns in the South African borders.

5. The actual giving of hundreds of thousands of shoes distributed over the past four years by Rotarians to various leaners in underprivileged schools and homes in South Africa has been a highlight.
We have experienced the joy and rekindled hope in the eyes of the children who are working so hard to come out of the poverty cycle. It brings dignity and a sense of pride to them.

8. The programme is at no cost to Rotary or any beneficiary. Transport costs to the doorstep of the beneficiary is covered by Sešego Cares. Rotary members select the beneficiaries and give TOMS to those in need.
