Job Description
• Preparation of Tender documents (technical and commercial) for BTG & BOP package, finalized scope of work
with technical departments. Issued requests for quotations to qualified vendors & Techno-commercial
evaluation of Bids of BTG & BOP packages
• Review all techno- commercial offers comprising BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and drawings of bidders and prepared
comparative analysis to determine compliance with technical specs, best price and delivery conditions and find
suitable vendors and suppliers
• Preparation of NFA (Note for Approval), Preparation & placement of order on the successful bidder
• Exposure to handle major Mechanical Packages specially of BTG & BOP from Tendering, Internal estimate,
Techno-commercial Discussions, Negotiation, Order Finalization, Post Order Issues

2. • Conducting progress review meetings, coordination meetings, reports, analysis of all components of project
management that are part of Project and product scope. The review is completely focused on target V/s
achievement.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans, risk monitoring, business development & schedules for project
execution with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
• Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project

Executive Summary of all projects (both ongoing and upcoming) for CEO, SIDCL & IPCL for

& construction.
• Resolving all technical problem / issue (all Mechanical packages for Power Block & BOP

engineering team & supplier.
• Validating Erection document files for both Power Block & Balance of Plant for executing
erection at site.
• Co-ordination with engineering team / suppliers for all technical issue.
