3. INTRODUCTION
 Over a two day period I analyzed how I spent my time and how I
managed my time. I kept a journal of the events I encountered
throughout the day. This analysis illustrates how I categorized each
activity as either important or urgent activities or if they were not
important or urgent.

7. LOOKING BACK …
 Looking back I realized I spent more time on things that were important/
urgent. I want to make sure I get all of my assignments done.
 I learned escaping from my responsibilities doesn’t help me in any
way, shape, or form. If If something needs to get done, I need to get it
done.

8. STRENGTHS
 One of my strengths is knowing that I have a project coming up, I need
to get it done. I hate leaving stuff for the last minute
 I’m very good at leaving enough (if not more) time for everything.
 If I know I have a lot going on in a week, I do everything in steps and
get it done.

9. WEAKNESSES
 Although I’m very good at getting my projects and assignments done, I
get distracted a little bit easily from them. I can pause for a minute or
two from an assignment but then get right back into it.
 When I do have a few assignments due around the same time, sometimes
I’ll do them all at once instead of at different times.

10. CONCLUSION
 After analyzing my time management over a 2-day span, I realized I was
pretty good at managing my time.
 I need to learn how to not get distracted from my assignments and get
them done without any distractions.
