 Net Service Revenue:

   • VAS: +12.5% QoQ e +21.7% YoY
   • Stop ARPU and MOU erosion on a quarterly basis
 Structural efficient growth:
   • Bad Debt at -47.9% YoY (and 3.6% of Net Services Revenue)
