XYZ has developed a ticketing solution for sports events in Egypt to address several challenges, including mass riots, fans riots, traffic jams, and a black market for tickets. The solution involves a 5-step process: 1) profiling event attendees and creating ID cards, 2) verifying profiles, 3) purchasing tickets through various outlets, 4) exchanging paper tickets for official tickets at booths/machines near stadiums, and 5) being seated at events according to ticket information. The goal is to provide accurate attendee data, limit tickets per person, and ensure those who purchased tickets are admitted for security and traffic flow.

2. Brief
XYZ came up with a complete solution through the professional
calibers it’s contains, our solution will help security authorities
and sovereign entities in having full data base for all the fans
inside the stadium in any match that occur in Egypt, not only that
but also will decrease mass riots, fans riot, traffic jams, traffic
collisions & tickets black market.
In the next few slides we will enumerate the challenges
Egyptian sports is facing as well as our solution with detailed
explanation for the process imbedded with technology and we
will try to answer all your questions.

3. Brief
In the past few years the Egyptian sports has been facing many
challenges mainly on the level of crowds on which lead to disasters
such as Port Said massacre (Masry vs Ahly) going through storming
the match fields in (Zamalek vs Club Africain, Ahly vs Baldyet El
Mhala & Etihad Al Skandary vs Arab Contractors) finally what
happened between Al Ahly Fans in El Gouna.
All the mentioned above calamities taking the Egyptian Clubs to
unknown fate through loosing supporters in the important match's
because of the penalization singularized from the regional
confederations and international as well, financial crises may occur
as many sources of income has been suspended such as (Gate
Income, Sponsorship & Television Rights) on which will lead to
Bankruptcy not only for the club’s but to many third parties such as
Modern Sports Channel.

The first step of the process of buying a ticket through our company
XYZ is to create a profile that contains all mandatory fields required by
the security authorities such as (Full Name, ID Number, Address,
Recent Photo, Emergency contact number & etc..), knowing that for
each member we could limit him/her with a limited amount of tickets as
per the FIFA & security authorities demands and regulations.
The following information will be obtained from the buyer only once and
will be updated every 2 years through our call center, a membership ID
card will be issued to every buyer which contain his (Member Ship
Number, Full Name, Photo & etc…) to facilitate the future buying
process through the many option we provide for the buyer to complete
the profiling process and they are as following:

9. 3 - Purchasing
Third step of our process is the purchasing which will require the
presence of XYZ ID to complete it order to assure receding the
ticket black market by limiting the number of tickets per profile,
the customer will get an A4 ticket which includes important
information and procedures as :
• Ticket terms and conditions.
• Allowed and disallowed list.
• Seating map and gathering points locations.
• Tickets exchange booth & machines maps.

10. 3 - Purchasing
Through our outlets knowing that the purchasing step will stop
before the match by 48 hours or as per the security plan in order
to give the security authority enough time to make the security
plan.

11. 4 - Exchange & Verification
In this step the fan will go to the sport avenue with his A4 ticket
he will head to one of XYZ booth’s or machine which is located
all around the sport avenue and replace it with the original ticket
on which will allow him to enter the avenue.

• Insuring that who bought the ticket is the one entering the
stadium.
• Decreasing the ticketing fraud.

12. 5 – Seating
Entering the avenue is the last step of our process in which the
fans will use the map on the A4 ticket to reach their chair, 3
chair man per stairs will be waiting to guide the fans to their
chairs and solve any problems could occur.
Benefits of seating:
• Making sure that the evacuation paths is free of traffic.
• Making sure that the stairs is empty no one is sitting on it.
