THE SILENT MESSENGER™ product leasing agreement
This promissory contract, and by definition lease-to-term agreement, executed this ________day of ________________, 20____

hereafter referred to as “Lessee”, is for engagement into a TSM product lease agreement contract for the specified period herein.
The Company is currently engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of The Silent Messenger (TSM) and other related and
unrelated products—hereinafter referred to separately and conjointly as “The Product”.
The Company agrees to provide a specified number of units to the Lessee for a specified initial fee, price per month, lease term, and
product ownership arrangement—per the checked and initialed details contained within this agreement. The Company will be held
accountable to all provisions of this agreement in the event of non-conformance to the promissory portions of this agreement. The
Company agrees to the particulars of the terms of product use for the duration of this agreement and as specified in accordance to
the terms of this agreement.
ARTICLE I
Lease Terms
As a function of entering into this product lease agreement for the TSM product(s), the Lessee will determine from the following
options the specific terms of a product lease agreement in accordance with Lessee product needs:
1). Number of units to be leased:
(a) 5-9 units $29.99/month - 48 month term $34.99/month - 36 month term $39.99/month - 24 month term
(b) 10-25 units $24.99/month - 48 month term $29.99/month - 36 month term $34.99/month - 24 month term
(c) 26+ units $19.99/month - 48 month term $24.99/month - 36 month term $29.99/month - 24 month term
*To enter into a TSM lease agreement a minimum of 5 units must be agreed upon for lease. Per month price relfects price for each unit leased.

2.) First and last month deposit is required upon signing of lease contract. All future payments are due and payable on the
5th of each calendar month and must be made through automatic deduction from a verified checking or savings account, or through
use of an approved credit card account. ABA routing numbers, account numbers, and/or verified credit card account numbers must be
provided upon lease signature. Business accounts are preferred.
3.) TSM units will be delivered to Lessee upon lease signing and verification of automatic withdrawal procedure for monthly payment.
Note: Some Lessee arrangements may take up to 8 weeks between account verification and product delivery to specified address.
4.) At the end of lease term, Lessee will own the product, or will be eligible for new lease pending customer in good standing status.
New lease will be based on most current version of product delivery and pending return of existing product in operational condition.
Terms and conditions of new lease may vary.

ARTICLE III
Company Rights and Protections
The Company, throughout the term of this agreement, will have the right at any time, or additionally in the event that Lessee defaults
on lease payment(s), to rescind this agreement and demand return of product in good working order and satisfactory condition.
If product is not returned in good working order and complete with all working parts (including but not limited to LED device; remote
control; mounting brackets; wiring, installation, and users manual; etc.), the Company retains all rights and privileges to (a) bill for the
full retail price of the unit(s) including all shipping and handling costs as advertised at time of product delivery, (b) bill for interest on
the full retail cost plus all shipping and handling costs as stipulated in item (a) at a rate of one percent (1%) per month and prorated
on a daily basis, and (c) failing payment of costs stipulated in items (a) and (b) for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from non-
payment date, proceed directly to collections in accordance with the laws governing the State of Nevada.The Company may also seek
full compensation and reimbursement for any and all legal and collection costs incurred.
The Company shall be held harmless for any and all potential legal and/or material altercations that may arise from the Lessee, with
the exception of ensuring that, for the duration of the lease,The Company shall ensure the good working order and proper product
support thereof. Such assurances shall exclude product failure due to improper installation arising from use of a non-preferred installer,
neglect, misuse, force majeure, or purposeful corruption of product. In the event of the latter, Lessee will remain obligated to the
remainder of the terms and conditions of the lease. In this latter case,The Company, at its sole discretion, may provide for an allowance
and/or for new product at an appropriate replacement/repair cost to be determined by The Company.
All warranties and customer support contained within all product literature will be honored by The Company as if the product had
been purchased rather then leased.
Lessee may not sell or assign this contract or The Company's interest thereof, without the written mutual consent of The Company.
This is provided, however, that any consent herein required shall not be unreasonably withheld, and provided that no assignment
hereof shall operate to relieve either party from liability herein. Any assignment of this Contract contrary to the provisions of this
article shall be rendered null and void.
