Nguyễn Thái Thuận has over 15 years of experience as a chef in hotels and restaurants in Vietnam. He provides kitchen and food management, prepares dishes, ensures correct food costing and budgeting, plans menus, trains staff, and personally addresses VIP requests. He has worked in various roles from cook helper to executive chef at establishments ranging from 3 to 5 star hotels and resorts. He is currently the executive chef at Cowboy Jack Restaurance in Ho Chi Minh City.
