Acute diarrhoeal diseases among the children are one of the most important
problems affecting children in the world, reducing their well being and creating
considerable demand for health services (WHO, 2010). Diarrhoeal diseases are
leading cause of preventable death, especially among children aged under five in
developing countries. Diarrhoea is defined as a child with loose or watery stool
for three or more times during a 24 hour period. The frequency and severity of
diarrhoea are provoked by lack of access to enough clean water and sanitary
throwing away of human waste, insufficient feeding practices and hand washing;
poor housing circumstances and lack of access to sufficient and reasonable health
care (Gerald et al., 2001). Escherichia coli (EPEC) is a main cause of diarrhoea in
infants and children in addition to pathogens such as Salmonella, Shigella, Yersinia,
Vibrio, Campylobacter sp., Entamoeba histolytica, and Giardia lamblia in developing
countries (Ahmed et al., 2009). Diarrhoeagenic E. coli is the major cause of
gastroenteritis in children in the developing world and is associated with high
resistance intensity to antibiotics (Ochoa et al., 2009).
Improper recommendation of antibiotics provoked resistance and increased infectious
disease mortality not only in developing countries but also in developed countries.

According to the Human Genome Project (2000), A single human chromosome may
contain more than 250 million DNAbase pairs, and it is estimated that the entire
human genomeconsists of about 3 billion base pairs. Now that we have identified
what a genome is, we will now examine the Human Genome Project. The Human
Genome Project (HGP) is a project that began in October of 1990 (Tortora, Funke,
Case, 2016). The HGP lasted for 13 years, so the end of the project was in 2003.
Mapping the entire human DNA sequence was the main purpose of the program
(Tortora, Funke, Case, 2016). Associating specific human traits and inborn diseases
with genes at exact locations on the chromosomes was the goal of genomic mapping
and sequencing (HGP, 2000). Figure 1 below shows the timeline through which the
Human Genome Project got completed. In 1990, the project commenced along with
the Ethical, legal and social implication program (ELSI). Fast forwarding to 1995,

sampling effort is required to produce an accurate geostatistical map, and the
extraction and analysis of each sample is often expensive, The effectiveness of a
particular sampling scheme is dependent upon the spatial variability of the quantity
being measured .In this paper ,we used the ordinary kriging method to estimate the
rainfall distribution in Iraq. A total of 24 real points are used for evaluation. The
results presents samples of maps for months January, October, March for years 2004,
2013 within the period of data.
