This report summarises and requires me to discuss performing physical activities which are there
to improve a final goal. Over the six weeks I completed a training programme suited to these
activities, cooper run, vertical test, max push ups, agility test and max leg press. I did this through

The Oklahoma City bombing was a residential terrorist bomb assault on the Alfred P. Murrah
Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. Completed by Timothy
McVeigh and Terry Nichols, the bombing crushed 33% of the building, murdered 168
individuals, and harmed more than 680 others. The impact wrecked or harmed 324 different
structures inside a 16 piece span, smashed glass in 258 adjacent structures, and decimated or
smoldered 86 autos, creating an expected $652 million worth of harm. Broad salvage endeavors

with Japan, its changes over recent times have increased at a substantial rate. Japan now faces
cultural, economical and social differences as a result of the western involvement. The involvement
was initiated by the Japanese themselves, beginning during the
Meiji Period1 through current times. As time increases, Japan is slowly becoming more
westernized because of western involvement. Western involvement is greatly affecting Japan.
Western involvement began in Japan during the late 1800 s. The Meiji dynasty helped to carry it

courses to help them as they get older.18 Sports today, are shaped similar to America s. Japan has
carried over many sports from America including frisbees, jogging, skateboarding19, and
