This experiment compares the viscosity of different types of honey by timing how long it takes a marble to fall through a fixed volume of each honey sample heated to 37°C. The viscosity, or thickness, of honey depends on factors like water content and sugar composition. Knowing viscosity is important for processing honey efficiently. Results will show the order from least to most viscous honey by average time taken for the marble to pass through each sample.
