undergraduate programs across 34 departments to
determine if they were aligned to the labor market and if they
were preparing students for their careers
• Faculty gained robust understanding of the skills their
students would need to launch successfully in their careers
• Curricula revised to ensure courses emphasized high value
skills.
• Departments building course pathways to ensure students
know how to acquire high value skills
• Departments feel empowered to talk to local employers
about their students
