The CEO, leadership team, and the coach.
The CEO and leadership is responsible for executing the plan.
The complexity of the assignment will affect the timeline: One day per month for 5 months; Half
day every other week for 5 months.
Departmental strategic planning is less complex and therefore, requires a shorter time frame.
Pre-work: ActionCoach process for developing vision and mission.
Work needs to be done between sessions.
The coach is the facilitator and guides the process: holds everyone accountable for assignments.

Business Coaching What is the structure of the program.  In order to truly assess the current state of your organization, define your vision, develop supporting long and short-term strategies, implement strategies, and measure results, we need time!  We meet once a week for a year or longer!  Our coaching sessions are customized to focus on your organization’s pain points.  Use a variety of assessment tools to examine your organization’s systems, processes, and financial health.  I work with you and your team.  I will hold you accountable to execute the plan.
