Dimitris will go through a very interesting topic on how publishing velocity can contribute to SEO.
How you can build a blog and a solid content plan from scratch and using extensive KW research and KW clustering, quick solutions (external & internal writers, stock images website & Canva for editing them) and drive 1,000,000+ organic visits per month in 11 months purely non-branded.
Using publishing velocity (delivering more than 80 articles per month) can close the big gap between your website and your main search competitors that have been doing this for years while at the same time you increase your search potential dramatically.

Social Media and Your Personal Brand - Margaret DonnellyMargaret Donnelly
Presentation at the New Hampshire High Tech Council #TechWomen Power Breakfast. LinkedIn. Twitter. Facebook. Pinterest. Meerkat. Periscope. Instagram. Vine. The list goes on. While businesses are focused on using social media to develop their brands and engage their customers, individuals are using social media for both professional and personal purposes. But in today’s connected world, your professional and personal identities are intertwined, and employers are searching for—and finding—personal profiles as part of their candidate reviews. With this in mind, how should you approach your social media participation? How do you develop—or limit—your social presence to enhance your personal brand? How do you use social media to further your professional goals?
For years, digital marketers have been tasked with optimizing their websites for search to improve organic traffic. All major SEO efforts were centered around owned and onsite content, leaving external content as an afterthought.

Setting up your Distributed (Global) Community Team for Success!Jennifer Lopez
Managing a community is a 24 x 7 job. To keep things running smoothly (and allow you to sleep), you may need to hire or work with teammates in various timezones, on other sides of the world, and from different cultures.
Jen Sable Lopez, Director of Community at OutSystems, has managed and worked with teams from East to West coasts in the US, and from APAC to EMEA. She’ll guide you through the dos and don’ts of working with different cultures, often remote, and sometimes with language barriers, all while still feeling like you’re part of the same team, with the same goals, and voice to the community.
This presentation was given at the Engage Conference in Portland, OR on March 9, 2017.
Want to inspire your community? Make it about them and not you. The content, experience, should be about what is important to them. Your community has tons of ideas, needs, wants, etc. Put yourself in their shoes, and your content becomes easier to create.

As even prominent brands and giant companies have learned, it’s easy to make disastrous mistakes with social media. But it’s also relatively easy to take preventive measures to avoid getting into trouble. This session shows you how to mind your social manners.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.
