This document provides a year in review of 2016 professional development activities including: - 18 APPs were trained, across acute care, sleep, pulmonary, and ICU specialties. - Onboarding was conducted for sleep, office, acute care, and ICU tracks. - Educational activities included journal clubs, national grand rounds presentations, critical care simulations, and MD onboarding. - Challenges and potential solutions were discussed around ensuring continuing education, making education sustainable, and balancing clinical and educational responsibilities.
