The Corporation of The American Institution
Have you ever heard of the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871? This act was the cause of The United States becoming a Corporation owned by the Vatican, London Royalty, Bankers and Financiers. This Act is the so-called “System” we, who live on this land are a part of. According to this Act which altered and betrayed the established rights of the original constitution, by “law” made us “property” of this corporation. “The Constitution of The United States of America” became “The Constitution of The Incorporated United States of America”.
When we are born we are given birth certificates and social security numbers.

The Black Panther Party Ten-Point ProgramThe Black Panther.docxrhetttrevannion
The Black Panther Party Ten-Point Program
The Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, written October 15, 1966
Black Panther Party founders Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale had driften in and out
of black nationalist groups, and Newton had read voraciously in philosophy and third
world politics. In late 1966, they acquired weapons and uniforms (leather jackets and
black berets), and Newton issues the party's Ten-Point Program. This platform
embodied the complexity of the Black Power movement, demanding both practical
reform such as guaranteed jobs and housing and a United Nations-organized
referendum "to be held throughout the black colony...for the purpose of determining the
will of the black people as to their national destiny."
1. We Want Freedom. We Want Power to Determine the Destiny of Our
Black Community. We believe that Black people will not be free until we are
able to determine our destiny.
2. We Want Full Employment for Our People. We believe that the federal
government is responsible and obligated to give every man employment or a
guaranteed income. We believe that if the White American businessmen will
not give full employment, then the means of production should be taken from
the businessmen and placed in the community so that the people of the
community can organize and employ all of its people and give a high
standard of living.
3. We Want An End to the Robbery By the Capitalists of Our Black
Community. We believe that this racist government has robbed us, and now
we are demanding the overdue debt of forty acres and two mules. Forty acres
and two mules were promised 100 years ago as restitution for slave labor and
mass murder of Black people. We will accept the payment in currency which
will be distributed to our many communities. The Germans are now aiding the
Jews in Israel for the genocide of the Jewish people. The Germans murdered
six million Jews. The American racist has taken part in the slaughter of over
fifty million Black people; therefore, we feel that this is a modest demand that
we make.
4. We Want Decent Housing Fit For The Shelter of Human Beings. We
believe that if the White Landlords will not give decent housing to our Black
community, then the housing and the land should be made into cooperatives
so that our community, with government aid, can build and make decent
housing for its people.
5. We Want Education for Our People That Exposes The True Nature Of
This Decadent American Society. We Want Education That Teaches Us
Our True History And Our Role in the Present-Day Society. We believe in
an educational system that will give to our people a knowledge of self. If a
man does not have knowledge of himself and his position in society and the
world then he has little chance to relate to anything else.
6. We Want All Black Men To Be Exempt From Military Service. We believe
that Black people should not be forced to fight in the military service to defend
a racist government that does not protect us. We will .

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
