- 2. Institution: In the film opening we are shown the institution company which is Village Roadshow Pictures. If the audience are familiar with the institution company they would be able to relate and enjoy this film. Mise en scene: In the film opening the mise en scene is in a abandoned apartment which creates a mystery mood and atmosphere we see wires hanging from the ceiling and its dark to creates a haunting feeling to lead to a climax. Sound: In the opening the sound is a voice over of two people talking on the phone while on screen we see a old computer green font with numbers.
- 3. Narrative: In the opening there is enigma created e.g. When the women says ‘are you sure no one knows about this?’ this makes the audience think who are they hiding from? Also the narrative would be based the binary opposition of ‘good vs. evil’ and humanity vs. Technology. Setting and location: In the opening the location is in and apartment and the last setting we see in a room. The room is really old and dark this creates a mystery mood and atmosphere. Representation of characters: The representation of this character is that She is dangerous because she is wanted. We also see her costume being tight leather he hair being jelled sleek back which is portrayed as sexy and dominant.
