This document discusses elements of online education, including using a blog community with weekly tasks, videos, texts and comments. It also discusses using Google Hangouts for discussions, blogs for answering questions and commenting, and social media for ongoing inspiration and debates. Establishing open laboratories for communicating through various media and platforms is also discussed. Developing a global perspective by engaging external partners and transparent communication is suggested.
