Veeral Shah - Retail Technology Strategist – AT&T
In this role, he leads the Retail Technology Strategy for AT&T, which has over 5500
locations in the United States. In this role he is responsible for driving the technology and
innovation roadmap for their retail locations with a focus on creating impactful and
customer centric shopping and service experiences for customers. Veeral has almost two
decades of experience in retail and technology, having held positions in store operations,
communications, and training strategy.

Solutions - Dell Technologies
In this role, he is focused on selling client and server portfolios, as well as the software,
services and peripherals that complement those products to Dell Technologies’ largest

Tom Hutchins – Vice President of Technology & Strategy – Tractor Supply Company
In this role, he is responsible for corporate strategy for Tractor Supply Co., the largest rural
lifestyle retailer in the United States with over 1,800 stores and approximately $9 billion in
annual revenues. In this role, Tom is responsible for driving the development and execution
of Tractor Supply’s ONETractor Strategy - designed to provide a convenient shopping
experience however customers choose – Anytime, Anywhere, Anyway. Tom has over three
decades of experience in retail and technology – having held positions in store operations,
ecommerce and information technology at multiple Fortune 500 retailers including Office
Depot and AutoZone.
Dave Lammers - Vice President of Store Technology - DICK’S Sporting Goods.
In this role, he is responsible for all store hardware and infrastructure, software engineering
and reliability engineering supporting Omni-Channel customer experiences and retail
execution for the Company’s 900+ stores. Dave is part of the Company’s Technology
Leadership Team that guides product teams to build iterative solutions that drive desired
outcomes. Dave joined DICK’S in 2004. Prior to his current role, he oversaw the
Company’s IT Operations and Service Delivery functions and held multiple infrastructure
area responsibilities. Prior to joining the Company, Dave performed various eCommerce
and Infrastructure/Operations roles in multiple industries.

In this role, Tom is responsible for driving the development and execution of Tractor Supply’s ONETractor Strategy - designed to provide a convenient shopping experience however customers choose – Anytime, Anywhere, Anyway. Tom has over three decades of experience in retail and technology – having held positions in store operations, ecommerce and information technology at multiple Fortune 500 retailers including Office Depot and AutoZone. Dave Lammers - Vice President of Store Technology - DICK’S Sporting Goods. In this role, he is responsible for all store hardware and infrastructure, software engineering and reliability engineering supporting Omni-Channel customer experiences and retail execution for the Company’s 900+ stores. Dave is part of the Company’s Technology Leadership Team that guides product teams to build iterative solutions that drive desired outcomes. Dave joined DICK’S in 2004. Prior to his current role, he oversaw the Company’s IT Operations and Service Delivery functions and held multiple infrastructure area responsibilities. Prior to joining the Company, Dave performed various eCommerce and Infrastructure/Operations roles in multiple industries.
