  • #21 Customers before self – Customers are most important to us Service before sale - we give service more importance than just the hard sale in which numbers matter more than customer satisfaction and for which you might sale them things they don’t really need and at overblown prices Solution before profit - we want to sale a ‘solution’ to the customers which will address all their needs. We want them to derive best returns on their investment. That matters to us more than our won profits. Coz one unhappy customers cold also mean a beginning of downfall for us. Coz then he will give our negative feedback to other people, and will definitely not come back to us again whenever the need arises
