  1. Mijn naam is Sarah Verwei en mijn doel is 440 gemeenten te voorzien van deze visie en daadkrachtige stappen te laten met behulp van een certificatie programma via facilitation
  2. 100 ondernemers bij elkaar brengen per stad en onze software aanreiken dat kost 300 euro per ondernemer is de eerste start die ik zie en dan de masterclasses met de bachelorstudenten de software aanreiken en certificeren
  3. Mastering Arts is vooral de Arts of Communication waarin je leert je verhaal op te tekenen omdat de werkelijkheid gelaagd is en ontwikkeling een keten is van omvormingen en dat is aantoonbaar dus ontwikkeling moet zichtbaar zijn en leuk zijn en vooral een avontuur blijven dus een linking pin aanreiking is de oplossing en dat zijn de syntonny tools – je leert om in het hier en nu te blijven en daarin de harmonie te voelen en dat doe je gewoon elke dag
  4. Er zijn andere manieren zoals mindfulness en yoga pilates en meditatie om energie te leren verplaatsen vanuit je hoofd naar je lichaam want dat is wat deze uitdagingen doen en teruggrijpen naar drank drugs seks is een impact die je leert herkennen als je erin doorslaat of het een gewoonte begint te worden en in deze tijd is het niet meer de trend om jezelf te ontspannen met drank en eten en of met seks – het is het herkennen van deze verbetering waarin je zelf de functie gaat aanscherpen en je de werking effectiever gaat maken van Relaties, wat wens je in een relatie en wat is een conversatie voor jou?
  5. Veredelen dat is waar de zomer voor staat, je kunt kwalitatieve verfijning inbrengen door je eigen dag te verfijnen met jouw dagindeling en jouw keuzes, wat doe je de dag door en hoe zorg je voor jouw lichaam dat er ook verbinding is in de natuur
  6. Verandering en vernieuwing is wat wij komen aanreiken dus ons prototyping lab vraagt ook om echte experimenten van vooral jonge studenten en onze ouderen in de stad en regio waarin zij ook nog herontwerpen en opnieuw uitvinden wat de elementen zijn die wel en niet werken en ook die impact nog voelen want deze impact is wat het verschil maakt, het zijn onze jongeren en de ouderen die wij nodig hebben om innovatie mogelijk te maken, 60+ 70+ en de doelgroep van 10+ tot 18+ voor meer bestendiging moeten wij naar hen luisteren hoe zij graag het bestaande zouden zien en wat daarin nodig is om te reinigen, en dan kunnen we de herstelpunten mogelijk maken van de oorspronkelijke werking dus functieherstel door te repareren en door te vervangen! Ik ga elke dag in dialoog met jongeren en ook met de ouderen omdat ik elke dag buiten ben en in dialoog ga door mijzelf te verbinden met de mensen zelf, en dat begint met heel simpel open en ontvankelijk te zijn en een glimlach en er zijn als zij je nodig hebben, dat is wat ik doe en zo werkt het in energieoverdracht, je zult jezelf eerst toegankelijk moeten leren maken om te leren revitaliseren, op basis van die ontwerpen kun je gaan restaureren en revisie mogelijk maken en de reconstructie laten zien hoe je bestendiging gaat bewaken de komende jaren #2030 staat voor ons op de agenda dus Verandering is nodig en dat vraagt om vernieuwing, ik ben Consultant en laat de herontwerpen zien en maak de online pilots zichtbaar en ook de opnieuw uitgevonden dialogen die met respect gefaciliteerd worden en niet meer in debateren en elkaar neerhalen, dat is het oude model. Veredelen vraagt om facilitatie en dat gebeurt via respect en openheid en respect voor de denkbeelden en de verschillende taalpatronen en de persoon zelf staat centraal en krijgt respect en ruimte dus taal en emoties zijn hierin heel bepalend of je echt leiderschap kunt laten zien en belichamen –dit is de nieuwe science
  7. Inzicht in Epistemology is noodzaak om te leren wat holistisch denken betekent en hoe je integraal leert denken want het reductionisme is niet meer voldoende om sturing te geven binnen steden en instituties, het is de samenhang tussen de tijdstroom en samenhang in thema,s stemmingen en keuzes die de samenleving en organisaties maar ook een groep en een mens gezond kan laten zijn door verbindende principes en die laten zien, het spannende van ontwikkeling is dat vroeger of later de informatie aan elkaar geschakeld kan worden door denken, voelen en handelen, dat is de linking pin zelf zijn en dat is waar leiderschap over gaat -
