My way of living life itself is about leadership 4.0 and that is deeply personal, leadership is personal it is about your journey and you need to be aware of the relationships you get started and how to communicate with your self others and the community to have this earth vision embodied into your own system – we need the hard data the facts to have the rational thinking and start to make choices and when it comes to get the vision alive we need to be aware with our intuitieve intelligence so that is both, but first we need to ask ourself the questions to live in harmony
What do we know and understand about our context to have this living system interacting with other systems? It relates to the processes of coordination and cocreating through our choices, to active and coordinate our activities. We can see how this system changes all the time and how to adapt over time, and companies will not be there anymore in 50 years from now it is just 15 years so how to adapt over time? A life long learning is the solution and empathy based learning a new life style is needed and the younger generation is understanding this deeply how to do this, we need them and that is the history of recurrent interaction between systems leading to structural congruence – be coherent and be the congruence person in your whole being, it is your inner being that is showing characteristics so that is why I am sharing and helping others with the new tools of innovation, the soft technologies for the human resources, so every one can start being this change -
Love versus fear is the most important and great change we sense through social media at this moment – communication is not a process of exchange of information but the coordination of behavior – cognition is not the operation of neural information processing but cognition is a biological phenomenon that includes perception, emotion, action, as well as language whether or not we are talking, so our bodylanguage and our feelings, the way we share our safe way of being connected into this world, language arises when we see that the objects we bring forth by the distinctions we make are just that – objects which arose in our awareness through the operations of distinction – Fell & Russell – start sharing this with the students and your people around you and with colleages and entrepeneurs and start having this conversation because information does not exist independently of a system, instead the system selects which perturbations to notice and creates informations, assigns meaning to it through structural coupling, either with aspects of its environment or with another system! Be aware of your systems who you are interacting with, and watch your language and choose your words, they are the coordination of your actions, communication is not a process of exchange of information but the coordination of behavior. We need the Autopoiesis theory that is critical to this understanding of human behavior – our network of conversations with others, emotions limit the domain of our possible actions -

We started to innovate the Amadore Group in the Netherlands to activate the learning communities and the living systems in Zeeland and the Netherlands, but also in Germany and Belgium they know now what it means to move through the four systems, the four dimensions when they come to relax in our country, it is the me space, the society space, the space with earth and our environment here and the legacy they are leaving behind so don,t stop till you are ending your life but end the story now and get into this new way of living life itself, you are the leader and you can be this change just every day

The flow of harmony will always give you a sense of direction because the laws of nature and the principles are real and we need to see and accept the facts and the truth, be open and be this emergence of synergetic relationships through conversations
Everything that comes inside of us is a way to breakthrough and get that out of our system so all we are is real and needs to be there and nurtured, trauma and great experiences, the highs and the lows and remember we change and get into a new journey every seven years
