Gas is air in the digestive tract. Gas leaves the body when people burp through the mouth or pass gas through the anus - the opening at the end of the digestive tract where stool leaves the body.
Everyone has gas. Burping and passing gas are normal. Many people believe that they burp or pass gas too often and that they have too much gas. Having too much gas is rare.

Digestive System
The Digestive system:
The stomach related framework is comprised of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract likewise called the stomach related tract and the liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. The GI tract is a progression of empty organs participated in a long, bending tube from the mouth to the butt. The empty organs that make up the GI tract are the mouth, throat, stomach, small digestive system, internal organ which incorporates the rectum and butt. Sustenance enters the mouth and goes to the rear end through the empty organs of the GI tract. The liver, pancreas, and gallbladder are the strong organs of the stomach related framework. The stomach related framework enables the body to process nourishment.
Why is digestion important?
Digestion is critical for separating nourishment into supplements, which the body utilizes for vitality, development, and cell repair. Sustenance and drink must be changed into littler particles of supplements before the blood retains them and conveys them to cells all through the body. The body separates supplements from sustenance and drink into starches, protein, fats, and vitamins....show more content...Processing works by moving nourishment through the GI tract. Assimilation starts in the mouth with biting and finishes in the small digestive system. As sustenance goes through the GI tract, it blends with stomach related juices, making substantial particles of nourishment separate into littler atoms. The body at that point ingests these littler particles through the dividers of the small digestive system into the circulatory system, which conveys them to whatever remains of the body. Squander results of assimilation go through the internal org

Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Flu Vaccine Alert in Bangalore Karnatakaaddon Scans
As flu season approaches, health officials in Bangalore, Karnataka, are urging residents to get their flu vaccinations. The seasonal flu, while common, can lead to severe health complications, particularly for vulnerable populations such as young children, the elderly, and those with underlying health conditions.
Dr. Vidisha Kumari, a leading epidemiologist in Bangalore, emphasizes the importance of getting vaccinated. "The flu vaccine is our best defense against the influenza virus. It not only protects individuals but also helps prevent the spread of the virus in our communities," he says.
This year, the flu season is expected to coincide with a potential increase in other respiratory illnesses. The Karnataka Health Department has launched an awareness campaign highlighting the significance of flu vaccinations. They have set up multiple vaccination centers across Bangalore, making it convenient for residents to receive their shots.
To encourage widespread vaccination, the government is also collaborating with local schools, workplaces, and community centers to facilitate vaccination drives. Special attention is being given to ensuring that the vaccine is accessible to all, including marginalized communities who may have limited access to healthcare.
Residents are reminded that the flu vaccine is safe and effective. Common side effects are mild and may include soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or muscle aches. These side effects are generally short-lived and far less severe than the flu itself.
Healthcare providers are also stressing the importance of continuing COVID-19 precautions. Wearing masks, practicing good hand hygiene, and maintaining social distancing are still crucial, especially in crowded places.
Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting vaccinated. Together, we can help keep Bangalore healthy and safe this flu season. For more information on vaccination centers and schedules, residents can visit the Karnataka Health Department’s official website or follow their social media pages.
Stay informed, stay safe, and get your flu shot today!

2. The system by which ingested food is acted
upon by physical and chemical means to
provide the body with absorbable nutrients
and to excrete waste products
The digestive system includes the salivary
glands, mouth, esophagus, stomach, liver,
gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, colon,
and rectum
Definition
3.
4. Is digestion and absorption. Digestion is the breakdown
of food into small molecules, which are then absorbed
into the body. The digestive system is divided into two
major parts:
The digestive tract (alimentary canal) is a continuous
tube with two openings: the mouth and the anus. It
includes the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, stomach,
small intestine, and large intestine. Food passing
through the internal cavity, or lumen, of the digestive
tract does not technically enter the body until it is
absorbed through the walls of the digestive tract and
passes into blood or lymphatic vessels.
Function of the Digestive System
5. Accessory organs include the teeth and tongue, salivary
glands, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.
7 Processes In Digestion-
Ingestion - Eat
Propulsion - Movement along digestive tract
Secretion of digestive enzymes and other substances
liquefies, adjusts the pH of, and chemically breaks down
the food.
Mechanical digestion -This process begins with the
chewing of food and continues with the muscular
churning of the stomach.
Chemical digestion- is the process of chemically breaking
down food into simpler molecules. The process is carried
out by enzymes in the stomach and small intestines.
Absorption- Absorption is the entrance of the digested
food (now called nutrients) into the body.
Defecation- is the process of eliminating undigested
material through the anus.
7. The stomach has a controlling power upon the
health of the entire body
Those who are excited, anxious, or in a hurry,
cannot supply the necessary gastric juice
Thorough mastication is a benefit both to the
teeth and the stomach
Immediately after eating there is a strong draught
upon the nervous energy. The brain force is called
into active exercise to assist the stomach;
therefore, when the mind or body is taxed heavily
after eating, the process of digestion is hindered.
Facts to Digest
8. Many are willingly ignorant of their own structure.
They lead their children in the same path of selfish
indulgence which they have followed, causing them
to suffer the penalty of the transgression of nature's
laws
Food should not be washed down; no drink is needed
with meals.
Soups, puddings, and other articles of the kind are
often eaten too hot
All mixed and complicated foods are injurious to the
health
Clothing- Compressed organs hinder digestion
Facts to Digest
9. Ulcers damage the lining of the stomach because of
bacterial infections
Acid Reflux/ Heartburn or acid indigestion results in
stomach acid backing up into the esophagus to create
a burning sensation or sour taste in the mouth
Irritable Bowel Syndrome affects the muscles in the
intestines
Diverticulitis this disease occurs when pouches in the
large intestine become infected and inflamed
Diseases that affect the DS
10. Starvation is not fasting
The stomach must have its
regular periods for labor and
rest
Meals should be eaten on
Time
Pure, fresh air . . . excites the
appetite, renders the
digestion of food more
perfect, and induces sound,
sweet sleep.
Healthful Tips
11. Bathing helps the bowels, stomach, and liver, giving
energy and new life to each
At meal-time cast off all care and taxing thought. Do
not be hurried, but eat slowly and with cheerfulness,
your heart filled with gratitude to God for all his
blessings
We are living in the most solemn period of this
world’s history. We need to be guided by the Spirit of
truth. Every follower of Christ should earnestly
inquire: “Lord, what wilt Thou have me to do?” We
need to humble ourselves before the Lord, with
fasting and prayer
Maintain a Healthy DS
12. Fast do not Starve
Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites,
of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces,
that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say
unto you, They have their reward.
But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head,
and wash thy face;
That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto
thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which
seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
