- Hello everybody. My name is Jonne Oldenburg and i want to tell you the story of the app that we have been developing over the past year.
- The app is a self management application for people with bipolar disorder. At the beginning, we asked ourselves the broad question. what do people bipolar disorder need.. Because it has been shown that medication alone is not enough to prevent a relapse. People with bipolar disorder have problems knowing which mood state they are in. Especially when they are ascending into mania. So, they need a way to gain insight in their disorder.
- Context mapping dat is een methodiek die al bestond in de sociale wetenschappen zoals psycho theapie en daarmee krijg je zich op de onderbewuste en latente noden en wensen van mensen. Door mensen bepaalde dingen te laten doen en maken, activeer je andere delen in de hersenen en komen onbewuste en latente noden naar boven.
