COURSE OVERVIEW:
The Quality management principles
underlying the ISO 9000 family of
standards emphasize the critical important
of human resource management, staff
development and the need of appropriate
training strategies, tactics and activities.
The role of ISO 10015 is to provide
guidance that can help an organization to
identify and analyze their talents’ need of
competence development, develop the
learning and development plan, implement
the practical training activities, evaluate
training outcomes and monitor and
improve the training process in order to
achieve. It emphasizes the contribution of
training to continual improvement and is
intended to help organization make their
training a more effective and efficient
investment.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Understand key elements of staff
competence development plan
Know how to select appropriate training
approaches/methods and design a
practical training (or competence
development) plan
Realize the effective pre-training,
training and post-training support for Venue: T.S.T. / Wan Chai Training Centre / TBC
Medium: Cantonese supplemented with English materials
Price: HK $1,800 / 1,620* per person

#All cancellations/ postponements of registration must be made to SGS Academy in writing. If postponement is received: One month notice
before the course starts, 20% of the training fee will be charged as administration fee. If cancellation is received: One month notice before the
course starts, 50% of the training fee will be charged as administration fee. Within two weeks before the course starts, 100 % of the training

The role of ISO 10015 is to provide guidance that can help an organization to identify and analyze their talents’ need of competence development, develop the learning and development plan, implement the practical training activities, evaluate training outcomes and monitor and improve the training process in order to achieve. It emphasizes the contribution of training to continual improvement and is intended to help organization make their training a more effective and efficient investment.
