If your answers aren’t yes to all 3, you don’t have your product strategy right.
Process.
In “Knowledge" work, creating, refining and managing process is the key to generating scale.
Performance.
Performance is a trailing indicator of the success of your People, Product and Process work.
Measure your success in these areas and then measure and manage your performance.
Daily Habits.
We are the sum of what we do everyday. Not what we thought about doing.
Not what we wanted to do. Not what we did the day before. Not what someone else did.

  • 12. Performance. Performance is a trailing indicator of the success of your People, Product and Process work. Measure your success in these areas and then measure and manage your performance.
  • 13. Daily Habits. We are the sum of what we do everyday. Not what we thought about doing. Not what we wanted to do. Not what we did the day before. Not what someone else did.
