Critical Success Factor for the Project
 The most important factor for the success of this
project is that all efforts shall be made inshaALLAH
purely to seek ALLAH SWT pleasure. InshaALLAH we
will try to ensure that we do not do any such thing in
the project that could earn the anger of ALLAH
SWT. In order to achieve this, we will have to:
1. Continuously correct our Niyah through out the
program’s lifecycles
2. Ensure that all the actions are under the umbrella of
sharia
3. And try to bring maximum sunnah’s in our processes

 Finding Facts about the Thar area
 Establishing new relationships for long term support
 Identifying needs and opportunities
 Finding areas of support aligning with RIU/ RSWD
mission and vision
 Starting some of the programs which are aligned with
RIU/RSWD mission and vision
 Providing Sustainable Solutions for giving real
support to our brothers and sisters in Thar
 Feeling the pain of suffering Ummah, so we can
extend our little help with the hope that ALLAH SWT
may accept these small efforts, for save ourselves on
the day we all would need it ALLAH SWT help the

How would these relationships be mutually

 RSWD will limit its scope to the activities aligning
with its mission and vision
 Will forward those requests directly to its partners
not falling under its scope
New Relationships Established (Cont..)
We met several people during the trip for the purpose of learning,
relationship development and fact finding. Two main contacts
established were
1. Al khidmat local Amir of Mithi, Mr. Subhani sb
2. Mufti Adil sb is representing Team Karachi Trust. A non political entity
working purely for the sake of ALLAH SWT. Team Karachi Trust is
founded by PA Ahmed (ex CEO Pak Takaful), Brother Tahir Tarooqi, and
executives from Indus Hospital. Mufti Adil, a graduate from Darul Ullom,
is based in Dighri – Thar and is responsible for executing various welfare
projects started by the trust across Sindh.

Istisna, Mudaraba, Musharaka and qard e Hassan and
sadqa based Islamic Finance models for agricultural
development
5. Medical Camps & Medicine Supplies
6. Surgery planning with Dr. Danish. A week long plan to
be scheduled with the consent of Dr. Danish (HoD
Surgery) and Mufti Adil sb and relevant people in
hospital
7. Vocational Training for Boys from carefully selected

youth. They pioneered this activity and took it to
implementation with support of RSWD- should be
highly appreciated and encouraged to take on such
activities at a very early age- Modeling Dr. Abdul Bari’s
example (Founding CEO of Indus Hospital)

  • 4. Critical Success Factor for the Project  The most important factor for the success of this project is that all efforts shall be made inshaALLAH purely to seek ALLAH SWT pleasure. InshaALLAH we will try to ensure that we do not do any such thing in the project that could earn the anger of ALLAH SWT. In order to achieve this, we will have to: 1. Continuously correct our Niyah through out the program’s lifecycles 2. Ensure that all the actions are under the umbrella of sharia 3. And try to bring maximum sunnah’s in our processes

What were the desired objectives of the trip?  Pleasing ALLAH SWT  Finding Facts about the Thar area  Establishing new relationships for long term support  Identifying needs and opportunities  Finding areas of support aligning with RIU/ RSWD mission and vision  Starting some of the programs which are aligned with RIU/RSWD mission and vision  Providing Sustainable Solutions for giving real support to our brothers and sisters in Thar  Feeling the pain of suffering Ummah, so we can extend our little help with the hope that ALLAH SWT may accept these small efforts, for save ourselves on the day we all would need it ALLAH SWT help the

Contacts with few Local stakeholders through other friends How would these relationships be mutually beneficial?  RSWD will limit its scope to the activities aligning with its mission and vision  Will forward those requests directly to its partners not falling under its scope
  • 8. New Relationships Established (Cont..) We met several people during the trip for the purpose of learning, relationship development and fact finding. Two main contacts established were 1. Al khidmat local Amir of Mithi, Mr. Subhani sb 2. Mufti Adil sb is representing Team Karachi Trust. A non political entity working purely for the sake of ALLAH SWT. Team Karachi Trust is founded by PA Ahmed (ex CEO Pak Takaful), Brother Tahir Tarooqi, and executives from Indus Hospital. Mufti Adil, a graduate from Darul Ullom, is based in Dighri – Thar and is responsible for executing various welfare projects started by the trust across Sindh.

Peter Pumps for agriculture based projects: Salam, Istisna, Mudaraba, Musharaka and qard e Hassan and sadqa based Islamic Finance models for agricultural development 5. Medical Camps & Medicine Supplies 6. Surgery planning with Dr. Danish. A week long plan to be scheduled with the consent of Dr. Danish (HoD Surgery) and Mufti Adil sb and relevant people in hospital 7. Vocational Training for Boys from carefully selected

  • 17. What RIU/ RSWD strategic objectives can be achieved through this project? 1. Opportunity to earn the Pleasure of ALLAH SWT and Aakhira 2. Active involvement of Students in welfare based projects for inculcating real Islamic values in our youth. They pioneered this activity and took it to implementation with support of RSWD- should be highly appreciated and encouraged to take on such activities at a very early age- Modeling Dr. Abdul Bari’s example (Founding CEO of Indus Hospital) 3. Benefits to : 1. RIU students 2. Medical College Students 3. Doctors 4. Contribution to Rural Healthcare needs of affected areas
