Principal advisor to the commander on all matters involving U.S. Reserve Affairs Program across four
services: manages the joint Individual Mobilization (IMA)/Army Reserve Element (ARE)/Select Reserve
(SELRES) programs ensuring liaison between USCENTCOM and Service Department HQs for Reserve
Component matters. Forecasts, allocates and monitors contingency, discretionary, and steady state funding
streams in support of permanent and surge manpower requirements supporting a four star COCOM
Headquarters. Supervise and execute administrative and training support to all reserve personnel
assigned/attached to USCENTCOM.
• Managed a 9 person, officer and non-commissioned officers, support oriented team to implement new
operating procedures that improved efficiency and productivity. Providing strategic level planning
expertise, conducting global manpower assessments and analysis.
• Represented the Personnel Directorate in the USCENTCOM International integration team, responsible
for integrating manpower and personnel manning for military organizations supporting the
USCENTCOM area of responsibility.
• Planned and executed a program to source over 400 personnel across the four services in support of
Operation Inherent Resolve.
• Contracted for key equipment and outsourced for services through resource management, restructuring,

• Developed the manpower/personnel operations portion of all levels of military operational plans,
