 Developed tracking systems and standardized procedures that eliminated the loss of personnel
administrative actions, evaluations, and awards; increased administrative processing efficiency by
75% in one month.
 Provided key professional development courses for personnel in leadership roles ensuring
organizational train-the-trainer instructional standards.
 Adapted to new industry standards by tracking and enforcing mandatory online training ensuring
organization remained in compliance with new regulations.
