Deputy Director (Feb 2014 – present)
• Oversaw Navy Sexual Harassment Prevention and Equal Opportunity Office, supervised 5 employees
overseeing administrative matters, logistics, welfare, operations, morale, training, physical readiness, safety
and a $140K budget.
• Led Equal Opportunity (EO) program support; guidance and information to 107 Command Climate
Specialists, EO professionals from the Navy and other branches of military service located across the U.S.

• Liaised on a daily basis with Navy Personnel placement specialists, Manning Control Authority Bureau,
Bureau of Navy Personnel and Navy Manpower Analysis Center relating to 4000 recruiting personnel.
• Monitored manpower authorizations and document changes submitted by units/staff to ensure qualitative
and quantitative distribution of personnel authorizations were done correctly.
• Navy Recruiting Command Executive/Manager of year for 2008.
Director / Executive Officer (2006 – 2008) – Millington, Tennessee
• As executive officer for Naval Personnel Organization, was responsible for 1,600 personnel overseeing
administrative matters, logistics, welfare, operations, morale and training.
• Led and managed functions including human resources, logistics / operations, directives, printing and
