1. This is our food pyramid.
In the first step we find carbohydrates. Carbohydrates provide energy to our body.
They can be found in food such as bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. We have to eat
carbohydrates every day, but not at dinner.
In the second step there are fruits and vegetables. They provide lots of vitamins to
our body. We have to eat fruits and vegetables every day.
In the third step we find milk products and dried fruits. They provide lots of protein,
which help our muscles and bones to grow, and fats. We have to eat milk products and
dried fruits almost every day.
In the fourth step there are meat, eggs and fish. They provide lots of protein, which
help our muscles grow, and fats. We have to eat meat, eggs and fish almost every day.
In the last step we find sweets and fats. Foods like donuts, ice cream, burgers, hot
dogs, have lots of fats. They provide energy to our body, but we cannot eat them
frequently because in a large amount they are not good for our health.

En el primer escalón encontramos a los hidratos de carbono. Los hidratos de carbono
dan energía a nuestro cuerpo. Lo podemos encontrar en alimentos como el pan, la
pasta, el arroz y las patatas. debemos comer hidratos de carbono todos los días, pero
no en la cena.
En el segundo escalón están las frutas y los vegetales. Proporcionan a nuestro cuerpo
un mogollón de vitaminas. Debemos comer frutas y verduras todos los días.
En el tercer escalón, encontramos a los productos lácteos y los frutos secos.
Proporcionan a nuestro cuerpo proteínas, que ayudan a crecer a nuestros huesos y
músculos, y grasas saludables. Debemos consumir estos productos casi todos los días.
En el cuarto escalón, están las carnes, los pescados y los huevos. Proporcionan a
