What is Texas STaR Chart?? Texas School Technology and Readiness (STaR) Chart It’s an online resource tool for self-assessment of your campus’ and district’s efforts to effectively integrate technology across the curriculum.
What is the Texas STaR Chart?? Serves as the standard for assessing technology preparedness in Texas K-12 schools. The chart has been updated to align with the new Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020.

The Texas Campus STaR Chart A tool designed for the use in technology planning, budgeting for resources, and evaluation of progress in local technology projects Produces a profile  of your campus’ status toward reaching the goals of the Long Range Plan for Technology and No Child Left Behind Act.
The Texas Campus STaR Chart The profile indicators place your campus at one of four levels of progress in key areas: Early Tech Developing Tech Advanced Tech Target Tech
The Texas Public STaR Chart An online tool to allow all stakeholders to view technology readiness of all campuses across the state. Reports may be organized by district, ESC region, legislative district, or campus type. The public site is available at: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/starchart/search
The Texas Teacher STaR Chart To be completed by individual teachers models and correlates with the Texas Campus STaR Chart. Established a clear framework for measuring how well teachers are prepared to equip students with the knowledge an skills they need to thrive in today's information and communication technologies (ITC) economy.
