- Recommendation -- Use Excel when gathering “items” – because it can easily be “re-configured” afterwards We grouped by Danielson domains and then had to regroup by state standards and had to transfer this to Excel. It gives you a vehicle to manipulate the data easily and by multiple filters, if necessary.
- Exemplary librarians are usually not exemplary in every area Only 10% are to be Highly Effective – according to NYS.
- We after a while…. We got giddy envisioning… “L” NYSED “make more of a distinction between Effective and Highly Effective” - Only 10% = H in the HEDI scale
