Job Responsibilities (ISP): -
• Responsible for OFC execution across intracity in Bhusawal Area.
• OFC Trenching work- Labour, JCB, Pock land, Pock land Breaker, Blasting, By taking proper ROW
Permission and by using Proper protection at every default locations like Culverts, Bridge, Hard rock,
clamping etc.
• Trenching, Ducting, Chambers Installation, Cable Blowing, Ear thing, Termination, Splicing, OFC Project
all work by taking proper Lat-longs and 3 point locations.
• HDD Machine: for crossing railways, bridges and areas where Open trench not possible.
• Provide Feedback for site planning, in-building solutions planning & optimization.
• Proposing small cells requirement, coordinating their deployment, & coverage verification.
• Periodical Drive/walk test of Macro site, small cell & Wi-Fi.
• Planning for the Proper Execution Of new rollout with providing survey reports & possible queries with
other information intracity routes within the planned timelines, specified quality.
• ROW management at with Railway, PWD, NHAI, Municipal Corporation, Grampanchayat etc.
Department to ensure ROW permissions to deliver the project with in timelines.
• Link testing and Fiber Rectification with 0.22 dB/km loss. Testing of MUX's through SDH Analyzer (like
ANT 20, Network Analyzer, OTDR, LSPM).
• Performing continuous activity for improving network health condition, like outages for splicing, patch
cod change, equipment up gradation & trouble shooting for the proper maintenance and to minimize
fault.
• Making of Documents like ABD, NPE, IFC and ITP’S. OFC all paper works, for the related chambers,
route markers, couplers, fiber terminating Etc.
• Adherence to the same Co-ordination with all vendors to ensure timely payment.
2. Professional Experience:- 3 year’s experience in NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS (Airtel Network) Wardha
August 2012 to December 2013 and Bilaspur since September 2008 to March 2011 as O & M Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:–
• Operation & Maintenance of BSS equipments like BSC, BTS, SDH, PDH, Microwave, and Mux.
• Extensive knowledge of Installation, Commissioning, integration, TRX and Antenna Addition.

• Alarm Rectification in Nokia BSC and Resolution of quality of services related issues at cell Sites.

BTS and Microwave Project:-

RCOM/HUTCH/Aircel/Idea POI testing project. Tenure Jan. 2007 to Sep. 2007 worked in following areas:-
• Working on POI-Testing, SDH-Testing, and OFC-TESTING to perform Acceptance Test of point of
interconnecting by the presence of a DDF between PSTN end and the GSM Service provider.
• In this Certain Test as Bit error ratio, Input and Output jitter perform, Stability Test and Cable Loss.

• Site survey for GBM, GBT, RTT sites.
