• Done TRAI Drive Test & successful submission of report with set benchmark by TRAI of Tata DoCoMo for
GSM & CDMA every month as per TRAI Schedule towns.

Analysis and Improvement of 3G KPIs like, CS and PS RRC Setup Failures, CS, PS and HS PS Drop Call Rate,
CS and PS SHO Success Rate, CS and PS IRAT HO Success Rate, HSDPA Throughput etc.
Recommendations for Hardware Expansion, Licenses etc. based on CE Utilization, Code and Power utilization.
