Site Engineer -Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 132kV cable laying works for Mobility 132kV/11kV
Substation. (DEWA project)
▪ Responsible for the planning and execution of Electrical activities in the site.
▪ Coordinate with DEWA TCD department for the different Electrical activities in the site.
▪ Coordinate and conduct safe receipt and safety inspection of cables and Jointing materials.
▪ Execute different primary tests (IR, Phase test, Meggar, sheath test, Graphite test etc.) related to cable pulling
and jointing activities.
▪ Plan and execute power and FO cable laying activities.
▪ Responsible for planning and execution of Jointing works.
▪ Plan and execute the termination and HVAC test of the circuit for commissioning.
Project Engineer-DEWA –Installation, laying and commissioning of 11kV cables. (DEWA project)
Since Dec’13-to Dec’15
▪ Strategically planned the overall execution to complete the project as the client requirements and Involved in
the budget making for the completion of the project.
▪ Installation and commissioning of new 11 KV substations.
▪ Undergrounding of existing overhead line.
▪ Reinforcement or replacement of existing cables for circuit modification.
▪ Installation and commissioning of 11 KV cables for PILC to XLPE conversion.

2. ▪ Commissioning of new 11 KV feeders.
▪ Shifting of 11 KV feeders to relieve load.
▪ Swapping of 11 KV cables for reliability and maintenance.
▪ Coordinate with DEWA engineers and managers for the execution of the project through online and in person.
▪ Follow the shutdown related commissioning activities to be completed within the time frame.
▪ Coordinate with DEWA PED section, RTA-ROW and DM for smooth running of the project and adhere with the
strict HSE rules of these authorities.
▪ Coordinate with the engineers of other main developers like Dubai Properties Group, TEECOM, DIC, Nakheel,
Taziz etc. on working in areas under their control.
▪ Coordinate with DEWA TLM office for 132kV line maintenance for getting their clearance in the project.

Assistant Engineer-110 KV Substation, Chengalam, Kerala, India.
▪ Operation and maintenance of 110 KV substation, EHT and HT lines and equipments such as Power
Transformers of various capacities (up to 12.5MVA). Scheduling of Transformer oil filtering, erection
works and testing such as Break down voltage (BDV) test.
▪ Operation and maintenance of various Circuit Breakers such as SF6 Circuit Breaker, Vacuum Circuit
Breakers etc.
▪ Operation and maintenance of various protection devices such as Lightning arresters, Isolators,
