because the project was cancelled.
Nintendo October of 2013 to January of 2014
Customer Service Generalist: Worked for the contract company Parker Services through Nintendo. Offered
troubleshooting help over the phone. Issues included network support, systems support, parentalcontrols,
corporate, as well as any other problems customers were having with their video game systems. Provided
step-by-step instructions to customers who had a variety of technical backgrounds.
