 Monitor the incident trending on SCCM workgroup
 Supervise Duty Managers
 Attend to all Incident Related Issues as Primary Contact
 Attend and collaborate on all Incident Related Meetings
 Generate and Submit Incident Related Reports
 Lead the Daily huddle meeting
 Request Accounts Creation/Deletion/Update for New/Shared/Resigned Resource
