Monitor the incident trending on SCCM workgroup
Supervise Duty Managers
Attend to all Incident Related Issues as Primary Contact
Attend and collaborate on all Incident Related Meetings
Generate and Submit Incident Related Reports
Lead the Daily huddle meeting
Request Accounts Creation/Deletion/Update for New/Shared/Resigned Resource
Act as Primary Representative of the Team on any Incident Management Related
