Aim of the present study was to understand student’s opinion about the existing system of teaching
Physiology. A total number of 292 students participated in this study. They were also to suggest if any
modifications was required for better understanding. Majority of them considered lecture class as the most
appreciable method. Board and chalk method was their choice. Other visual aids were acceptable. During
lecture writing notes was very common. Suggestions included the lecture class time not to exceed 45 minutes
and not in afternoon session. They wanted subject related cases from hospital to be shown, and teaching to be
made student centered and oriented. They were for tutorial classes as well as small group discussion on regular
basis

Exploring Teachers Practices of Classroom Assessment in Secondary Science Cla...Md. Mehadi Rahman
The study investigates teachers’ classroom assessment practices of secondary schools in Bangladesh. The study is mainly quantitative with some integration of qualitative approach. Secondary science teachers and their science classrooms were main data source of the study, which were selected randomly. Data sources were secondary science teachers and their science classrooms. The study used a lesson observation protocol to understand their classroom assessment practice, and pre-lesson and post-lesson observation interview protocols as main sources of data collection. Qualitative data from interview were used to triangulate the quantitative data from observation. A total of thirty teachers (twenty male and ten female) were chosen randomly from six secondary schools in Dhaka. The study explored that teachers’ current practice of classroom assessment was to only assess students learning achievement and they followed traditional methods to assess students. The dominated assessment activity was oral questioning and very few students take part in the assessment activities by answering the questions. The classroom questions are basically focused very specific responses and encouraged rote learning; even students’ didn’t get enough time for thinking and answering the questions. Therefore the study suggests changing current practices by using different assessment strategies like self and peer assessment and focus on assessment for learning to ensure effective teaching-learning and quality education. These findings can inform the classroom teachers as well as o relevant stakeholders in making necessary changes in the present classroom assessment practices in Bangladesh.

The Effect of Teachers' Training in Secondary English Teachers' Practice of C...Md. Mehadi Rahman
The study investigates the effectiveness of current teachers' training programs in secondary English teachers practising CLT in Bangladesh. The study follows a mixed design. Secondary trained English teachers were the main data source of the study. The study used an observation protocol for a training session; one questionnaire for teachers, and one
FGD interview schedule for teachers as main sources of data collection. Qualitative data from the interview were used to
triangulate the quantitative data from the questionnaire. One hundred teachers were chosen randomly from twenty secondary schools from Dhaka, Bogura and Rajshahi division.
There were (25) English teachers from five schools who were
chosen purposively for FGD. Result showed that teachers
training has less positive effects on their CLT practice in the
secondary classroom. Through training, teachers understood
the importance of CLT, nevertheless they did not practice CLT properly in the classrooms. Results showed that teachers blamed the mismatch between the assessment system and the
CLT approach for the inability to implement the CLT appropriately. Therefore, the study suggests changing the
current assessment system and increasing support for the trained teachers to practise CLT in the classroom

were studied at a screen house located beside the academic building of the Federal University Of Technology,
Akure, Nigeria. 5kg of soil was polluted with varying concentrations of spent carbide (100g, 200g and 300g)
with the control having 0g of spent carbide. Okra seed were introduced and completely randomized design was
used. The whole experiment was replicated 4 times. Result indicates that the plants grown in 100g spent carbide
polluted soil did better in terms of plant height when compared to other treatments and the control. At 8 weeks
after planting (WAP), 100g concentration had the highest possible mean plant height (38.25±1.59) while the
control recorded (25.78±1.76). This height was significantly higher (p<0.05)><0.05)><0.05) although 100g
plants had the highest of the treatments (5.97±1.11).Other growth indexes show okra plants in 100g polluted
soil performing better than other treatments and control. This growth reduces drastically as the concentration
of spent calcium carbide increases above 100g concentration level of spent calcium carbide. This shows that
okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) grows well in low concentration of spent carbide.

Gender Differences in Motivational Factors towards Medical Career Choiceiosrjce
The present study aims to study motivations of students in choosing the medical profession and
whether these motivations are different, gender wise along with their demographic features. The study was
conducted on 150 students of MIMER Medical College, Pune. Demographic result of the study indicated that
enrolment in medical faculty was more by girls (83) than by boys (67) and majority of students came from
medical family. A primary motivation factor in girls was patient care, interest in science, career opportunity
and personal skills. While in boys it was patient care, interest in science, status –security, self-employment. To
pursue the medical profession other motivating factors was number of attempts in medical entrance exam held,
there was no difference found in both gender statistically. But statistically significance was found gender wise,
in getting encouragement from family, in girls it was more encouragement. Also statistic significance was found
in girls for deciding the career choice before X classes compare to boy students, indicating girls are early

Parental Support, Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence as Predictors of Soc...iosrjce
The Nigerian contemporary African society often sees mentally challenged children as being
bewitched, possessed, or spiritually inflicted and fails to see their situation from the biological, physiological or
accidental perspective of nature. This ill conceive feelings make members of the society and even immediate
family members behave in an unaccommodating manner to mentally challenged children at home or school.
This has negative implication on their well-being. In view of this context, this study investigated parental
support, self-esteem, and emotional intelligence as predictors of social anxiety among mentally challenged
children in Ibadan, Nigeria. Using the descriptive survey research design of ex-post factor, three research
questions were answered and data were collected using four validated instruments, from seventy (70) socially
anxious mentally challenged pupils selected through multi-stage sampling technique. Data was analysed using
the Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 level of significance. The study revealed that the independent variables
(parental support, self-esteem and emotional intelligence) made joint contribution of 58.5% variance on the
dependent variable (social anxiety). Also, the independent variables significantly predicted the dependent
variable. Thus, it was recommended that the family, school, teachers and society should support the
developmental needs of mentally challenged pupils in school and at home instead of treating them with disdain.

pupils to think, simultaneously making this subject more attractive.
Impact of Team Cohesion on performance among Tunisian Women Soccer Playersiosrjce
Group cohesion is a dynamic process where the group tends to remain together and united in the
pursuit of its goal for the satisfaction of the affective needs of group members (Paskevich, Estabrooks, Brawley,
and Carron, 2001). Team cohesion exists where players are united in a common purpose (Cashmore, 2002).
Athletes often spend time together or share common interests outside of their chosen sport. A challenge to any
team is the maintenance of the team, rather than focusing on the individual. Our Study aims to identify the
relationship between sport cohesion and performance among Tunisian women football players. Our results have
shown a significant impact of team cohesion on the football performance
Issues and Challenges of Urban Renewal in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeriaiosrjce
Urban renewal brings improvement to the physical and housing conditions and makes a city a
suitable place for living. The commitment of the Plateau State government to giving a face lift to the aesthetic
beauty of the capital city of Jos, through urban renewal, has been reiterated on several occasions. The city
witnessed series of crises almost throughout the last decade with the high density residential areas mostly
affected. The implementation of the proposed urban renewal programmes in the capital city, therefore, call for
caution and concern. This study, having investigated through questionnaires, interview and field observation,
the various socio-economic characteristics of three high density residential areas, namely, Ungwan Rogo,
Gangare and Dadinkowa, respectively sampled from the Northern, Central and Southern strata of the
metropolis, established that the areas are slums. Results of investigations revealed that over 75% of the total
landuse is residential and about 64% of the buildings possess no legal documents. The study further revealed
that away from lack of knowledge of the benefits of urban renewal programmes, fear of loss of property and
lack of trust in government for fear of poor compensation, are factors of non-acceptability of renewal
programmes. 65.8 % of the citizens are of the opinion that poorly managed urban renewal progammes can
regenerate crisis in the metropolis and as such streamlining the process of acquiring C of O, adequate
compensation, incessant pubic enlightenment and public participation, are recommended as key to successful
implementation of urban renewal activities in Jos.

Study and prediction of persistent organochlorine and organophosphorous pesti...iosrjce
The indiscriminate use of toxic pesticides had created an environment that without this poison the
plant life is unfruitful leading to the farmer’s life miserable. For several years, this phenomenon was continuing
and the ecosystem is protecting the environment and the life of human being from high risk of toxicity. But, how
long it will continue or weather a paradigm change in the agricultural field is required? With this objective a
field study was conducted in the cardamom plantations of Idukki district in South India to estimate and predict
the persistence of pesticide residue in the soil environment. It is observed that residues of endosulfan, DDT and
organophosphorous pesticides were present in soil samples at 31.6 %, 29 % and 21 % respectively. The present
study gives a prediction of the concentration of persistent pesticide residues in the soil if the present dose and
frequency of application is continued. The study also highlighted the adsorption capacity of soil in the study
area and low water solubility of pesticides used in cardamom plantations which is referred as partition
coefficient. The soil properties such as pH, organic content and microbial concentration which determine the
fate of degradation of pesticides and formation of its metabolites are also been discussed in this context. Based
on the observations and analysis, it is concluded that the formation of degradation products and bound residues
decrease at higher concentration of pesticide applications but the concentration of persistent pesticides
increases and the biodegradation reduced in such cases due to bound residues and reduced biological activity.
The predicted values on multiple applications where the concentrations in soil may build up and reach a
plateau, are 2.559,0.2559, 1.7324 and 0.659 mgKg-1
in the case of endosulfan, DDT, organophosphorous and
total pesticides respectively.
An Experimental Investigation of the Effects of Some Process Conditions on Ri...iosrjce
End breakage has a great effect on ring spinning productivity and also on yarn quality. In this
study, it was aimed to analyze the statistically significant processing parameters of ring spinning that have an
effect on the end breakage during the formation of ring spun yarn using the plackett burman experimental
design. In addition, the effects of the significant parameters on the end breakage of ring frame were
investigated. Our eight selected independent processing conditions were mixing ratio (CIS cotton/ Shankar-6);
Waste extraction% at blow room and carding; roving twist; break draft; spacer size; top roller pressure;
spindle speed and yarn count .Two levels for each independent variable were selected to conduct the study. For
this study, 100% cotton carded yarn samples were produced by Marzoli ring spinning frame and the results of
end breakage /100 spindles/hour were calculated and analyzed for all samples produced according to the
design of experiment. As a result, the parameters that have most significant effect on the end breakage during
the formation of ring spun yarn were obtained as waste extraction percentage at fiber preparatory stages viz.
blow room and carding, amount of roving twist, front top roller pressure and spindle speed of ring frame.
Finally, all the results of the statistical analysis were discussed and evaluated.
The Effect of CALL on VocabularyLearning and Reading Comprehension of Iranian...iosrjce
This study aimed at investigating the effect of a computerized program on developing vocabulary and
reading comprehension of Iranian EFL learners. For this aim, the researcher chose a representative sample of
sixty first grade female high school students in Bushehr, south of Iran. The participants were divided into two
equivalent groups and each group consisted of 30 students. The researcher used three instruments: 1) an
achievement test for reading comprehension 2) vocabulary test 3) a computerized program for vocabulary and
reading texts included in the English book 1 of high school. The results of the study revealed that the
computerized program was effective to develop the vocabulary and reading comprehension skills for first
grade high school students. In the light of these findings, the researcher recommends that EFL Iranian teachers
should use CALL as a tool for enhancing students' vocabulary and reading comprehension in particular and
learning the language in general.
Implementing Developmentally Appropriate Learning Experiences for Secondary S...iosrjce
Teacher preparation emphasizes application of foundational issues anchored in psychological,
sociological and philosophical underpinnings. With such knowledge, teachers are expected to effectively
organise the learning experiences of children accordingly. This study, therefore, sought to find out to what
extend in-service teachers were able to organise learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate.
The mixed methods approach guided this study, as it was informed by both the positivist and interpretivist
paradigms which acted as lenses through which we viewed this study. Questionnaires, interviews and class
observations were the methods used as data collecting tools. Twenty participants (13 females, 7 males), were
purposively selected from Gweru urban secondary schools of Zimbabwe. It was noted that teachers are not able
to implement Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) for various reasons ranging from heavy teaching
loads, big classes, low teaching motivation, inadequate DAP knowledge among others. In the midst of other
recommendations, it was highlighted that parents were to meaningfully interact with schools to bridge the gap
between the home and the school, notwithstanding challenges facing the teacher which require the urgency
which cannot be gainsaid.
Effect of Multiple Intelligence- Based Instructional Technique (MIBIT) On Stu...iosrjce
The study determined the effect of Multiple Intelligence Based Instructional Technique (MIBIT) on
students’ achievement and interest in the learning of difficult biology concepts. Two research questions were
asked and two research hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance. The research
design was a quasi – experimental study. The sample was made up of seventy four (74) senior secondary one
(SS1) students from two randomly selected co-educational secondary schools from Aguata Education Zone of
Anambra state. The Biology Interest Scale (BIS) was the instrument used for data collection. Cronbach Alpha
was used to determine the reliability of BIS which yielded the coefficient of internal consistent of 0.85 . Mean
and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions while Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA)
was used to test the null hypotheses at p<0.05. The result of the findings indicated that MIBIT promotes
academic interest in difficult biology concepts. Gender was discovered to have no significant influence on
students ’academic interest. No interaction effect existed between MIBIT and gender on students’ overall
interest. Conclusion from the findings led to various recommendations, some of which are that biology teachers
should adopt the MIBIT in the teaching of difficult biology concepts in order to carter for the diverse learning
styles of students in their classroom and promote students’ interest. Curriculum designers should integrate
MIBIT in the curriculum and teachers should be sponsored to workshops and seminars on how to improve their
teaching skills using MIBIT
Scientific Learning Skill Of Islamic School Teachers And Students In Indonesiaiosrjce
The recent policy of education in Indonesia is a learning strategy called "Scientific Learning". To be
able to implement this policy, it must be made clear indicators of scientific learning. This study aims to explore
the scientific learning indicators both for teachers and students. Results of the research found that indicators of
scientific learning skills of teachers and students are different. Teacher’s scientific learning skills include:
organize object study, monitor students' activities, facilitate strudents' problem, and evaluate students' progress.
While the students’ scientific learning skills include basic and integrated skills. Basic skill intended for primary
education, while the integrated skills for secondary and higher education. The reseach was done in elementary
school so it is describe basic skill. Students’ basis skill include: ability to observe, classify, communicate,
conclude, measure, and guest. The result showed that the average score of teacher’s scientific learning is 3.475
(maximum score is 4.000). The average score of students’ scientific learning skill is 3.567. The students’
scientific learning skill is strongly influenced by the skill of teachers in implementing the learning process or
otherwise affected by scientific learning skill of teacher. The program to improve teacher’s scientific learning
skill is still required even though the mean scores in the high position. There needs to be researched
relationship of scientific learning skill between teachers and students.
Religiotherapy: A Panacea for Incorporating Religion and Spirituality in Coun...iosrjce
For majority of individuals, religion and spirituality are very important issues and guides all of their
decisions throughout their lives. However, most counselling psychologists find it difficult to provide counselling
to clients who comes with issues they consider religiously and spiritually unethical. Such issues often require
integration of religious and psychological resources as part of the counselling process. Due to the ethical issues
and challenges facing counsellors with respect to their religion and spirituality and that of clients’, a proactive
approach is what is needed at this time. Therefore, religiotherapy stands out to bridge the gap that has overtime
created a lot of incredible heartache to all concerned in the counselling profession. Religiotherapy integrates
client’s faith and psychology to assist the genuinely motivated client(s) willing and ready to resolve their
worries. The skills and conditions for the practice of religiotherapy were examined in this article. The article
also demonstrates how researches and intervention programmes that incorporates religious resources and
psychological techniques in therapy to assist individual(s) serves as theoretical and empirical evidence on the
effectiveness of religiotherapy. Religiotherapy make the counselling process meaningful, flexible and respectful
of diverse spiritual cum religious backgrounds of clients.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Abstract: Aim of the present study was to understand student’s opinion about the existing system of teaching
They were for tutorial classes as well as small group discussion on regular
basis.
Key words: Lecture class, lecture note, chalk and board, power point presentation, tutorial class, over head
projection, lecture points.
I. Introduction
The education process in medical colleges aim to generate each doctor in complete. Various teaching
methods are available to achieve this. Preference for which may differ from college to college. Lecture and
clinical exposure are two suitable and accepted common methods in medical education for creating interest
among students. Over and above traditional black board and white chalk teaching method or presentation in the
form of chart ,new methods are added to enhance the quality of lecture.
The objective of the present study was to find out students’ choice on different types of teaching
methods to which they were routinely exposed and their suggestions for modifications on the existing teaching
method for better understanding.
II. Materials and methods
A total number of 292 undergraduate students attending Physiology classes participated in this study.
Individually they were supplied a questionnaire. They were not to reveal their identity on the form.
Questionnaire was with total 12 questions and its multiple choice answers. Three questions had divisions. At
two places they were to comment. Questions were related to their theory lecture class, their dependence and
preference for it, habit of writing lecture notes, theory notes and usage of black board and white chalk and their
preference for this. Their opinion on visual aids like slide projection, over head projection or power point
presentation was sought. Their suggestions for changes needed in existing system for better understanding were
also requested for.
Analysis of whole study was done and expressed in terms of percentage.
III. Results
Students’ first choice of teaching method was lecture class. They (89.73%) reported the lecture classes
they attended were satisfactory or good.Majority of them (87%) had the habit of writing notes during lecture
class. Which remained as the source (78%) for their regular studies, where 22% of them depended on text
books. Our study revealed choice of majority of theirs was for lecture class using chalk and board as a teaching
aid. They (92.67%) also preferred other visual aids like poster presentation, slide projection, over head
projection and power point presentation. They (61.22%) prefered slide projection or power point presentation
during revision classes .They (93%) opined that visual aid of any type used in class did not lower the
concentration on attending lecture. It made them to understand the subject better and easier .They (69%) were
comfortable in noting down class lecture while these aids were in use. .
Their (69%) choice was for all points included in a lecture to be written on black board. Many (66%)
wanted notes from faculties who delivered lecturer. .Advantages of the present system as well as suggestions
given by participants are presented at appropriate places below.
IV. Discussion
Students are the best judges of a class. They are the most eligible to assess the available teaching
methods and to suggest any changes in existing system, if required. The present study was conducted to evaluate

present teaching methods in Physiology to which they were exposed and to find out from students how to
modify existing pattern which would further help them in improving learning. We believed students’ feedback
was essential towards this. Others opined similar (Mukherjee et al. 2013; Patel et al. 2014; Subash 2014).
Medical science adapted several measures in teaching under graduate students.
In our study participants’ identity was not to be revealed where by we anticipated truthful answers.
Questionnaire sought students’ opinion about existing system of teaching Physiology and their suggestions for
its improvement, if desired. The usage of different methods of teaching was dictated mainly by the curriculum
followed by teachers’ preference from the available resources. Our students (98%) first choice was for lecture
class. Another study observed same (Gupta et al. 2014a). In our system, teaching schedule was placed on
student’s notice board in advance showing time, place and name of the faculty who would deliver lecture or
conduct demonstration or lead tutorial group. A study revealed students wanted to know the name of the faculty
before the lecture class (Subash 2014).Dutta (2011) opined topic of the lecture might be given in advance. There
were various techniques by which lectures were made effective. In the present study the prior choice was for
black board and white chalk teaching method. This was in common with other students (Desa, Keny
2014;Chavan et al. 2014;,Khane, Joshi 2014; Sharma et al. 2014). Our study proved traditional chalk and board
stood good and should not be completely ignored. This was the dominant teaching method and an unmatchable
support in lecture delivery (Hemalatha, Samaga 2014;Seth et al. 2010). Lecture class created sustained interest
and promoted students into it (Sing et al. 2009). Seth et al. (2010) opined teacher should be properly trained for
good presentation and effective techniques.
In a question related to visual aids in lecture class, they preferred inclusion of over head projection,
slide projection and power point presentation. They (83%) considered the main reason with projections was it
impressed in their minds and remained in memory. It made lecture clearer and understandable. Also
photographs of microscopic slides shown here made understanding much easier. They opined this saved time of
theirs and lecturers. They wanted it to include in revision classes. However, when these two methods were
compared choice of majority (73%) was for drawing diagrams during lecture and flow charts. This system was
better and easier to understand than over head projections, slide projection or power presentation. In one study
80% of participants preferred power point presentation over other audio visual aids (Subash 2014). Students
(91%) wanted faculty to write down all points included in lecture on the board. Similar to our study other
studies also strongly supported traditional good quality teaching with modern techniques (Bennal et al.2014;
Gupta et al. 2014b; Krishna et al. 2012; Mohan 2013; Papanna et al. 2013; Seth et al. 2010; Shettigar et al.
2014; Singh et al. 2009). This lead to a better teaching. Few authors opined power point presentation as the
most important teaching material for the students (Kaur et al. 2013; Suresh et al. 2014). In classroom
instruction this was more effective (Chandra et al. 2012; Hemalata, Samaga 2014). Preference for this revision
class is our study. Inclusion of quiz program was also opted by students(Khane et al. 2014).
Our students (87%) were in the habit of writing notes during lecture class. They opined taking notes did
not disturb listening and understanding class. Students get chance to write down notes while chalk talk teaching
(Chandra et al. 2012). Many (37%) preferred lecturer gives notes for their studies. They believed the lecture
notes made the vast subject much easier for learning. They did not believe dictation of by notes lecturer would
decrease their thinking and learning capacity or answers written in examinations would look alike. None of our
faculty members dictated notes during lecture. In a similar study students’ did not prefer dictating notes but
guidance of teachers (Mishra et al. 2013). Our participants agreed visual aids did not disturb them in writing
notes in the class. Other studies observed similar(Chandra et al. 2012). Students opined an effective teaching
included visual, auditory, reading/writing and kinesthetic activities(Mukherjee et al. 2013).
Our participants’ suggestions were following 1) Teaching including lecture class not to exceed 45
minutes. Mentally they were not ready to accept lecture beyond this time. 2) Lecture class should be excluded
from afternoon session 3) Requested for topics related clinical cases in class, to make subject interesting and
more meaningful. Case based learning was considered as a good teaching measure (Salgar2014). Problem
based learning was reported as effective in medical teaching (Bajaj et al. 2013). Integrated teaching was better
for understanding (Shah et al.2014), 4) They wanted to include small group teaching. 5) Teaching should be
student centered and oriented. Few other recent studies reported similar (Al Faris et al.2014; Gupta et al.2014 b;
Khane et al.2014) and 6) Regular tutorial classes were opted and where visual aids were opted. Tutorials
ensured understanding reflected in the test scores (Dawane et al. 2014). Study of Ismail et al. (2014) showed
that majority of students preferred group discussion. They opined this permitted to assimilate the knowledge as
well as skills in an easy form with in limited time.
Opinions of different authors for teaching method varied. Kaur et al. (2013) believed power point
presentation was better than chalk board method.Shriyan and Devan (2011) opined new teaching methods were
better than traditional teaching methods. Use of computers and internet becoming popular in medical education
(Agrawal, Kumari 2013). Computer assisted learning was considered as a good teaching method (Fatima, Leela
2013; Max et al. 2009; Netlah 2014;Tayade, Kulkarani 2011). There are various teaching methods using internet

(Kolwal 2013). A combination of all these were suggested for regular teaching (Kolwal 2013). Brek (2009)
believed video clips were a major resource for teaching. Suggestions were for a skill course which may be
introduced in the first year itself (Al Faris et al. 2014). Though these methods have many advantages,
disadvantages are not to be overlooked.
Study of Udaya Kumar and Madhan (2013) observed students who attended modern technologies like
power point lecture and computer based dissection visual performed better than those students who attended
only the traditional methods of teaching.
Understanding advantages and disadvantages of each method, teachers must fulfill their lecture. By
using various methods appreciated by the students the teaching and learning physiology can be made effective,
interesting and enjoyable (Khane, Joshi 2014).
V. Conclusion
Students wanted the present system of teaching with lecture. Black board and white chalk system of
teaching was their main choice. They had time for writing down notes during lecture class which was an
important support in their studies. Audio visual aids were acceptable to them.As lecture was the main choice we
recommend the correct pronunciation and fluency of English language as an essential requirement of a good
teacher.
