An Interactive Extravaganza
presented by Mike Paul - #teachflip

I’m SO excited to be sharing with you at this year’s KySTE conference! This session will require
your hands-on participation, so I’ve put together a list of things you’ll need to have accomplished
BEFORE our session at 8AM, Friday, March 7th. I look forward to seeing you then!

Video Camera or Smartphone with video
recording capability

You can record your video with any digital video camera or your iPhone
or Android phone. Probably even a Windows phone… :)

iPad

Not great for video, but great if you are using a screencast or Khan
Academy-style video

Laptop with screen casting software

You can use the free Screencast-o-matic or other options like Camtasia
for PC or Mac, or Screenflow for Mac

Ideas for video

Yes, we’re building a paper airplane. But your video can be more than
just how to build a plane. Maybe you ask your students how to design a
better plane. Maybe you talk about a history lesson on how airplanes
changed modern warfare. You decide.
