This is the production schedule we will use to create the two radio adverts for
Ringwood School & Sixth Form. Itgives details of times, location, equipment,
props and people.

Title: Ringwood School Open Evening

Location Of Shoot: Ringwood School and Sixth Form.
(Parking available onsite).
Description: A 30 second radio advertfor each
institution advertising to sign up to
the open evenings online.
The Ringwood School& Sixth Open Evening campaign is a radio projectaimed
at the local parents and students who will be making the choice on whereto
attend in the next academic year. We are launching the Open Evening
promotion on local radio Heart FM and Wave105 to market the school as the
best in the area. The production process will resultin two radio adverts of a
maximum 30 seconds each.
THE AIM: To get people to sign up for the open evenings online.
SAFETY
An indoor shootso weather will only need to be taken into account in terms
of transport. Contributors willbe offered food and water and regular breaks
so as not to overwork them.
