We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

4. Highest Risk Factors
0 For my project the highest risk factors I think that I
could encounter is when it comes to filming on the
beach. The issues that I could find on the beach could
be it be densely populated on the day I decide to film.
Another big issue I could face could be the weather. If
it rains, it would be a positive on how my project
looks due to my project being based in Scotland and
their weather is stereotypically rainy. However it
would be a negative because the equipment I would
be using could get damaged from the rain.
6. Issue Solution
Interviewee/crew cant make
scheduled time
Have two days dedicated to
filming
Neighbors making noise during

be filming
Phone/ tablet/ tv/ smart
devices (google home/Alexa)
All devices switched off or on
silent
Camera battery dies Make sure to book spares
Full SD card Check SD card before hand/
bring extra
Broken equipment Check before hand
Un wanted nocks on the front
door
Have a “filming in progress”
sign
8. Issue Solution

Stones/rocks/moss could
cause a tripping hazard

places if unnecessary

water
Misplaced/ lost equipment Check we have everything
before leaving the location
Phone All devices switched off

9. Meetings
0 The fist initial meeting took place on the same day
(29th April). I didn’t want the interviewee to go
through the prompt script too much because I didn’t
want the outcome of the video to look too rehearsed
so we mostly talked about what would happen on
filming day.
0 Because they haven’t done this sort of thing before I
had to explain things such as not looking at the
camera when talking but the person who is asking the
questions.
10. Practice interview
0 I had two practice
interviews. One I had at
college myself to see if
the flow of the stories
worked as well as
decided how I wanted the
camera to be set up like.
0 The other practice
interview was just before
the actual interview I did
this so that they could get
used to being in front of the
camera as well as seeing if
the story works well as well
as the camera set up.
11. Practice edits
0 For the ending credits of my
documentary I wanted to be able to
utilize all of the images that I have
collected for this project in some way. I
thought by presenting them as
polaroid's compliments my theme as
well as it gives the images a background
to stand out on
12. Previous Issues
0 From other pieces of work I have done this year I have faced
quite a few issues, whether that would be technical or to do
when it comes to the cast/crew. For this project I wanted it to go
as smooth as possible, so to do this I made sure that I planned
filming for two days so that if something was to happen on the
first day such as an issue at the house then there was a fall back
day.
0 The biggest issue throughout all my projects has been time
management. Whilst filming it can be quite easy to get distracted
and not stay on schedule. To solve this issue I plan on banning
anything that could be distracting during the shoot such as a
mobile phone.
