My target audience for my CD

Demographics
My target audience for my artist is going to be females and males, and the age bracket of
my target audience is going to be about 16-24 (teenagers and young adults) as the music
style is aimed more at younger people as stereotypically older adults don’t listen to this
style of this music. And in terms of the NRS Demographic scale I think that the music will be
aimed at everyone from the A-E as I don’t think that class would divide who listens to this
style of music. And similarly I don’t think that Religion will effect who likes the style of music
however people of no or poor education could not be able to the music as they might not be
able to afford a radio etc. And also geographic location could also play a part in who like this
style as if they live in countries who don’t accept this style of music then people there
possibly won’t be able to listen to the music, also if it is a country where they don’t play this
style of music due to it not being popular then it wouldn’t be a good idea to target people
there as it wouldn’t be successful.
These avatars represent the people who may listen to this style of music, that being younger
people because it is popular amongst younger people and quite mainstream whereas older
people would prefer other style of music such as rock and older pop and this style could
possibly not appeal to them.
